I had a complex situation with body damage to my car from 2 separate incidents, and Santa Ana dealt with both the insurance companies for me, saved me a ton of money, and made my car look better than it did before the accidents. Talk to Mike, explain your situation, and he will work with you to save you money and make your car look like its brand new. I had been hit one week in an accident that was not my fault, and scraped against a wall when parking the next week which was my fault. These were my first accidents ever and I was uncertain how to deal with 2 different insurance companies and 2 different claims at the same time. I gave all the information to Mike, dropped my car off, and he just took care of it. He got way more money from the insurance companies than they initially offered. He fought to get parts replaced instead of reshaped with bondo like the insurance companies wanted. The really incredible part was that he even replaced my front bumper for free. He found a crack on the backside of the bumper and he takes each repair personally, so he went ahead replaced the entire bumper even though neither insurance company would agree to pay for it because we couldnt prove it was from either accident. Because I hadnt asked him to do this, he just didnt charge me for it. That kind of service is unheard of. After all the repairs, I ended up paying $0 even though I did technically have a deductible. Mike is trustworthy and has a passion for cars. I will recommend my friends to this shop and will not take my car anywhere else. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I broke my driver side mirror off my car last night. It is exceedingly difficult to drive without mirrors so I needed fast service. I also needed a company with reasonable prices since I could not file an insurance claim because of a high deductible. I found Santa Ana on google. I went to get an estimate before work today; The owner ordered the parts and scheduled me to return for the repair at lunch. I returned the car at lunchtime and it was repaired and back on my car within 15 minutes. I lost NO time from work and only 15 minutes from lunch. Apparently, they had prepped the mirror in anticipation of my return at lunch time. I Still cannot believe how fast this whole process was. In no way did I expect that mirror would be replaced and back in place within one work day. Can that even happen in a city as big as Houston? I had taken the rest of the day off, so imagine my surprise that the whole repair took just 15 minutes. They even buffed out some paint scuffs on on my driver side back door. The cost for the repair was very low. Surprisingly low. As a single mom with a kid in college, my resources are basically non-existent. The guy who handled my car even found a way to save me money by reusing a part that I had not destroyed. I am so grateful to them. I am beyond pleased with Santa Ana. I would come back here a million times over and will recommend them to others.

The repair was on a BMW 645ci, dent and deep scratch in the passenger door. Before i chose this shop i reviewed yelp and google reviews for the best body shops and drove around to 5 different 5 star shops for quotes. Only one other shop was cheaper but none of them offered a free loaner car while the repair was being done. From the moment i first talked to their customer service rep Ayle Delgado i was treated with respect and given honest experienced service. The repair was done professionally and completely guaranteed. After the repair Ayle even pointed out humidity condensation accumulating in my headlight assembly and was very knowledgeable about options to remedy that issue as well. I also pointed out a paint blemish in the front wheel panel and Ayle knew exactly what was wrong and how it could be repaired. I highly recommend Santa Ana Auto Body Shop and specifically Ayle. If you decide to use Santa Ana i suggest you ask for him to handle your repair specifically. The way i vote for businesses is with my wallet. If i dont get good service or the service does not meet my expectation i never return to that business. I will be returning to Santa Ana and supporting them with my continued business as long as i can work with Ayle. My suggestion to Santa Ana is to have Ayle lead their customer service strategy and have him train all their representatives.

Early in the morning, when I was about to head to work, I discovered that my front passenger window had been completely busted in overnight. I am new to Houston, and Santa Ana Body Shop was the only place I could find through Google, relatively near my home, that had 100% positive ratings. I called and was given a fair estimate, and was told that I could come in right away. I came to the shop at 11:15 and was greeted with friendly customer service. I was out in about an hour and a half. MIKE helped me with my car. I also had him look over some scratches for which he gave me an estimate. He was able to help me with an less expensive "quick fix" for my scratches until I have saved enough to get the full repairs. While in the waiting room, I also overheard two other service representatives treating another customer very well. The customer was extremely frustrated and frazzled, and they helped her understand her situation and they were working with her to get her the best price possible. I will definitely return to Santa Ana to fix those scratches and for any other repairs I might need, and I would recommend it to a friend. As a woman who is used to people trying to scam her at "car places," I felt comfortable and fairly treated at this location.

During the Memorial Day weekend I had a front end collision and was concerned finding an honest, ethical, and reputable body shop in the Houston’s area. I came across Santa Ana Body Shop and discovered the ratings were excellent. I am a careful by nature but I felt comfortable at this business. I had the pleasure to work with Adam, he was thorough in explaining the repairs and each time I visited the shop I was shown the progress on my car. One of the highlights of my experience with Santa Ana Body Shop was how accommodating to my needs and time. I did not have rental reimbursement on my insurance policy so they offered me a free loaner. The only available loaner at the time was a nice vehicle but I needed something with a better fuel economy, a couple days later them produced such a vehicle. I was impressed especially knowing vehicles were very limited due to the historical flooding here in Houston. Nevertheless, my vehicle was delivered as promised along with my cost to cover the repair. I was impressed with the work done and I highly recommend this body shop. They provided excellent customer service, attention to detail, and went upon my expectations.

PLEASE READ IN FULL AS THIS IS AN EALRY REVIEW BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WHILE DROPPING OFF MY CAR. Today is 01/30/2016 Ive been looking for a good repair shop in Houston that had overall good reviews, this shop seemed to fit my needs and wants. (Close to me, great reviews/satisfied customers and opened Saturdays!!) I was hit by an 18 wheeler and have damage all on the driver side of my 2012 Hyundai Elentra. Now, before I came in person I called them to get a sense of their friendliness over the phone, without a doubt all my questions were answered and felt comfortable to stop by in person. Today when I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady who took care of answering all my silly questions and took her time to inform me of what to expect within the next week or so. So far I am highly satisfied with their service, please note Ill be giving another review after this one once I experience the outcome of my situation (there are many other factors that will determine if the insurance will pay the final appraisal or call it a total loss) I will give an update once I have one! (Reviews are important to me and Im sure to many others)
