I dont write reviews, and this is probably my first and last. I orginally went in to have work done on my fender of my car. I didnt even get into a collision with another vehicle, but my coworker reccomended it so I thought - why not try! So they spend a total of 9 minutes looking at my car. And when I say looking, I mean they just literally looked. The main damage was actually under the car, so its impossible to have estimated correctly. The lady comes back inside to tell me how much it would be to fix. $836. Literally, what in the actual $@!#. The actual fender only costs $60 online. The screw (yes, one screw was broken) was $22. I understand labor costs, but they estimated it would take 6 hours to fix. The best part is the lady who estimated it comes back inside with "Youre not going to like the price but its over $800". I find this so ridiculous that its almost offensive. As IF im going to even consider that this price isnt a complete rip off. I could probably find a freaking dog to fix it better and cheaper than they could have. If you tell them youre not paying with insurance this is what you get. If you like spending a ton of money on useless things though this is the place for you. Thank you service king. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Hands down, worth the drive from the Woodlands. I couldnt believe Geico was asking me to drive to Conroe to get an estimate for vehicle repair, but when I asked to have my car serviced by the location in spring, I quickly learned why they prefer the Conroe location. The spring location experience was a nightmare, rude and unprofessional... I drove away from them as fast I could. All I can say is that these guys in Conroe turned my day around with smiles, speed, and amazing customer service. The service manager on duty, Sam, rearranged their schedule to help me, and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and quick. They were always one step ahead of my requests, and I even received a very nice rental from the on-location Enterprise. The facility is also clean, has wi-fi, free drinks and candy offered the moment you walk in. While it appeared to be busy in the service area, the lobby was calm and quiet. I will gladly keep driving out to Conroe to go to this Service King. Thank you for upholding excellent customer service. It means the world to your customers!

First time was great... I should have known My car was in the shop a month....I went to pick it up no one came out to check it for me... guess what ? I had to bring it back 3 times ! The back door open alarm was on and they said it couldnt be fixed well it was working when I brought it in...I asked if it could possible come open and the guy said well yes I would lean on it ! Tire sensor alarm was on... I took it to the tire shop myself.... bad sensor from the crash... not fixed... I took the car to Ford who said yes your back door can be fixed tell them to bring it to us... So I spent all day doing their job and it cost be $1000 in lost work and they said they would take care of a rental for me while the car was in the shop again for another week.... guess what.... yep I got a charge on my credit card for the rental and they will not even return my calls to take care of it... My experience ??? I cant use that language on here... the manager should find another job because he cant face a customer with an issue....he still has yet to return my calls....

They say they will fixed car back to a 100%. Then they have you sign paperwork before looking at and then when you drive off the lot...drives bad. Talked to general manager who informed me my car is old (2007) need to take to a mechanic I know and prove was caused by accident....what??? 100% gaurantee...thats crap..words are lies unless work backs you up with quality..He blamed ins., I informed him I was his customer...He told is to just not drive over certain speed...lol really....Now I know why he didnt want ins. Called. THEY can loose a contract w ins. HE could have called ins. To make right...his choice...A bad one...Bad decision...dont use them!! Unless you want halfway done job...It to bad one bad shop ruins for rest!!!

I dont usually do reviews, however, these people were great. I always feel like Im getting ripped off when I take my car or my sons car into any shop. Women and young adults often tend to get the run around. My son had a minor situation with his car and they treated as such. The young women working behind the desk was very friendly & efficient. William & the store manager were extemely helpful and MORE than fair! If I have another problem...I WILL go back. They are a new business in the Conroe area and we wish them well!

The manager Dan is rude and unprofessional their work is ridiculous and they take an outrageous amount of time to complete simple repairs and cant even get them done correctly..dont waste your time or money!

Ive been back and forth with this shop for a total of almost 4 months. My car is not even close to being back to brand new nor did they effectively communicate any of the repairs.
