I was in a fender-bender and the front of my GLA 250 got damaged. I took it to the AutoNation Collision Center North, because its a lease and I wanted everything done up to standards. The repair took almost 6 weeks. The dealership and the collision center were not communicating with me well about what was going on with the car. Damages went from $3400 to $8700 somehow. There was a delay, because a WRONG BUMPER was sent to be installed in my car. You would think that a certified center knows what car they are repairing. The car was supposed to be ready on Thursday - the FOLLOWING Friday I finally want to come pick it up. I am informed that there are no tow trucks available to bring my car back to the dealership, so I have to make a trip to Cypress if I want my car. A this point my 30 days of the insurance covered rental are up, so I have to take a $30 uber to go get my car. I am informed that the chrome trimmings for the front of my car were missing. They have been ordered, but the collision center "lost them" (thats what Ive been told). So if I wanted my car finished, I had to come back on Saturday, to get the chrome trimmings installed - they were being rush shipped from Dallas. Well, only 3 out of 4 trimmings come in, so I have to delay that until Monday. In the meantime I am driving my car without those. I was utterly disappointed with the lack of competence in handling my vehicle. They collision center kept claiming it was a back-and-forth with the insurance company that caused the delay, which was not true. I understand that repairing a luxury vehicle needs time, but there were multiple things mishandled that greatly extended the time of the repair.

I was in an accident where my beautiful lifted jeep wrangler was sandwiched between two cars. There was a lot more damage than appeared to the eye. Robert Medina quickly called me and introduced himself to me with all his information. Seriously, if it wasnt for Robert this would of been even more of a nightmare! My jeep is still with him and it has been about 2 months now, but the delay is not on him its on the company who we bought the after market bumper from. We ran into a lot of issues throughout the process and he was the only one who was able to give me a piece of mind, he even sent me pictures of my baby while she was in the shop. If thats not great customer service I dont know what is! Not only did he give me piece of mind about my jeep, he also helped me out with insurance questions because of course insurance companies arent so worried about you. I am unhappy with the whole situation because I have been without a vehicle, but if it wasnt for this man, I probably would of gone crazy by now. Thanks Robert! for all your dedication and for being there for me throughout the entire process! You are great and appreciated! Now I will be honest and say that the time it has taken has been a long time BUT if the work is done correct, the wait should be worth it.

I expected more from a Mercedes Authorized Collision Center. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. Here are the reasons: 1. Communication is not their strongest skill. Every week I had to ask about the progress of the repair instead of them to provide me the status. Never received estimate day of delivery. 2. The damage to my vehicle was not big deal but every week they identified new parts to order, or course, after getting approval from the insurance company. If they disassemble the vehicle at the beginning of the process, why they dont order all the parts at that point? 3. When I received my vehicle I notices a lot of dust around the engine area, and white spots inside the cabin result of the repair process. It looks like they only did a quick cleaning before deliver the car. 4. The left headlight was replaced because some scratchs but the new one was not aligned. 5. Labels under the hood were never ordered. I guess I have to do it by myself. 6. The car has some special screws behind the front grill. They mixed up some of them. If this were a cheap and old car I wouldnt mind, but with a 4000 miles Mercedes GLC with a light collision I expected a better quality on this repair.

If there is zero star I would put it as zero. Its horrible experience repairing my car with them. I sincerely advice anyone who are considering them not to unless you want to wait for half a year for your beloved car and drive a Toyota around. Auto Nation Collision at 325 FM 1960 Houston, TX 77090 has possession of my 2013 BMW X3 since mid-December 2014 and as of today 04/29/2015, I still do not have my car back. Its not a big incident, and my insurance companys estimated time of repair is 2 weeks. Through out the 5 months, I have called them constantly to ask for updates. Every week, the customer service rep will tell me something new: either their mechanic quitted, or they found something else to repair. The experience is frustrating. They told me that they have over 300 cars waiting to be repaired, and only 1 certified mechanic. Their bodyman worked as a mechanic since there is so much work to be done. When I complain about their slowness, they will tell me about a car thats been here for more than 300 days. At this point, I just want to have my car back, and I dont know how much longer this is going to take.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Yes in the end my truck looked very good. After 40 days of being in the shop it better have looked good. My insurance company and the guys at the shop told me 10 business days. First, every time I called to check in they would tell me it would be ready by the end of the week only to be pushed to the following week. Which happened several times. Second, they claimed I didnt come in with a horn on my new truck so they didnt put on back on. Luckily I got that resolved after arguing. And last, they had to do suspension repair - tie rods, ball joints etc. and they told me they didnt need to take my wheels off for that. But when I picked up my truck I no longer had my wheel lock in my truck...they claimed they never used it but Im sure they just lost it too. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want the biggest headache you can find. I wish I could give zero stars. In the end so far it has cost me over $1500 and more frustration than I care to leave online. I wish I would have read even one of these other reviews before I decided to take my truck there.

Auto Nation Collision at 325 FM 1960 Houston, TX 77090 has had possession of my 2012 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 since mid-December 2013. To their own admission there were no delays from my insurance company which issued checks within days of the car arriving at their center and there was quick turn around on parts needed. The excuse I was given as to why they had my car for going on 6 months was because they had been busy and they were expanding there facility. I have been promised this vehicle on more the 6 different occasions over the last 3 months, the last 3 times by the General Manager Bill Sloan. On 5-16-14 I arrived at Auto Nation Collision to finally pick up my car. The repairs were incomplete. There were paint chips, scratches and windshield damage on the car that where not there prior to the vehicle being in their possession. I was referred to Auto Nation Collision by Mercedes Benz North, the dealer where I purchased the car in June of 2012. I believe its important for others to know my experience at Auto Nation Collision has been an ongoing nightmare
