Well, as the saying goes, you cannot judge a book by its cover. We used DM to repair a dint and some scratches on the right rear panel of our BMW 328i. The quote was very reasonable and it was a smooth transaction throughout the entire process from the time we dropped off the car until we picked it up. They were nice enough to provide us with a free car rental while our car was in the shop for 3 days. We dropped it off on a Monday at 9:30am and it was ready on Wednesday at 9:30am. There was one hiccup with the rental car - I didnt completely close the back hatch, so the light was on in the car overnight and the battery died - Mike drove out to my home and jump started the rental car for me so I could make it to my sons dental appointment. Wow! Now that is customer service. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family. I am so glad I found a reliable body shop nearby. I have passed this place so many times and didnt even remember it was there. So glad I googled and found it. A true hidden gem with great people!
