After tons of searching and numerous phone calls to different BMW auto shops I decided to use Vic Auto on my BMW M6 for a Transmission flush and oil change. Im a big "do-it-yourselfer" and dont trust my cars with just anybody. The reason I decided to use Vic Auto was base off of the initial phone call, as soon as I stated I needed a tranny flush Vic stated that the flush is not recommended per BMW maintenance; however, I follow Mike’s old school BMW schedule. I truly appreciate that Vic knew what the job required and the right fluids that are called for. Several other places that I have visited in the past had no clue what the right fluids were and made it seem as if it wasn’t a big deal and their substitute would be sufficient. Vic Auto knew the importance and handled my vehicle with the up most care, which I had yet to receive anywhere else including the Stealership. Vic Auto was able to fix a few other issues that I was having with my car for free! This is a truly great place and I am glad I finally found a trustworthy shop and will be using them from here on out for all of my vehicles!

Well my experience at VIC was okay. During the initial process of dealing with the insurance company, both parties (VIC, and Insurance) were a little confusing but we got everything sorted out. Communication was lacking honestly whenever my car was with them. I had to call to find out how my car was doing. When I went to pick my vehicle up, I found that the corner of my windshield had been cracked somehow. They tried to persuade me that it was already cracked when I brought it in but that wasnt the case because Allstate recorded every bit of damage on my car before I gave it to VIC. After going back and forth for some time they replaced my windshield for free (as they should have) so all was well. My front hood had to be replaced and painted and the paint on the hood was a bit foggy and dull looking which didnt match the rest of the car. There were streaks in it that are just now starting to go away after about 5 months or so. So the paint job was sorta okay but could have been better. Other than the paint and windshield it was alright. The people are friendly and mean well in the end.

Sooooo, there was this terrible, horrible, very bad day because I was involved in a wreck that really tore up my car. It actually happened in front of this repair shop. The owner, Vic, came out and was the one to help me until EMTs arrived. He was so kind and helpful....hes probably the only reason I stayed calm. While researching the best place to have my car repaired...the place we found with the best reviews was actually Vics. Talk about a coincidence! I can not say enough about the quality of work these guys did! Everything from the competitive cost to the phenomenal customer service....everything....they are top notch! THANKS GUYS!!! Im definitely going to be spreading the love and telling everyone about yall! Im soooooo happy to be out of that rental and back in my car!!!! Its definitely going to be getting a layer of bubble wrap before I do anything else! But at least I know where to get it fixed if anything else happens again! Haha!

We had scheduled a trip up North and the heat was not working in our SUV. I called and talked to Vic and he said his next opening was several weeks away. I told him about our plans and he said to bring it over and he would take a quick look at it. Turned out it was a blown fuse. He also said the water pump and climate control was going bad and would need replaced eventually. What a huge blessing for our family to be able to get on our way to see Gramas and Grampas for Christmas. I really appreciated Vics attitude and would recommend him for anything you need done on your vehicle. I always remember, people dont care how much you know until they know how much you care.

The dealership of my Benz had told me a dent on the front side panel was too expensive to repair and would not even quote. I drove my car into Vics Collision & Repair and Vic personally looked at the dent, cleaned it up with some rubbing compound to remove any foreign matter and then gave me a very reasonably priced quote and scheduled an appointment. The dent is history, my car looks like new again, plus Vic provided transport same day of the repair to my office and back with Chris who was extremely courteous and helpful. Kudos for excellent work product and sterling customer service....

I have been going to Vics for over 10 years. I am never disappointed. They have awsome service & one thing I especially like is his policy of preventive maintenance. Thats why I say awsome service you get more than what you pay for. Whenever I come in for regular tune up or service he educates you on future issues that is a growing concern. Great service, fair price, figured out the problem when another shop was scratching thier heads. Took the time to show us where the problem was, explain repair options, and make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Vic has been servicing my cars for over a year now and I am very pleased. I had work done at another shop and was still having problems with my car. Took my car to Vic and they found and took care of the problem. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out and find the solution to whatever the problem is with the car.

Ive had my body damage from an accident repaired to oil changes, and everything in between. All the work has been spot on, delivered on time as promised, and very reasonably priced. I drove all the way from Austin to get my car fixed by Vic. He fought for me with my insurance company to make sure I got all new parts, not used ones like their preferred shop in Austin was quoting. Vic fixed my car right and fast. I was supremely impressed and will most definitely make the drive again if I need him!
