Really AMAZING service. A+++ . Took my car here for an insurance claim on another party, through their Nationwide insurance. It was one of their preferred shops, and I chose it based on the reviews. The main tech Daniel, was very nice and down to earth, and easy to reach. He gave me a really good explanation of everything being done. I asked for him to give me an estimate on some body work separate from the claim, and he worked very hard to try and meet my budget. When he couldnt get to the price I could afford he gave me some third party shops that might be able to. I received daily emails from nationwide with pictures of my car, and several phone calls from Daniel with updates on my car. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable , as the receptionist called enterprise to bring my rental within ten seconds of walking in before she even pulled up my info. I highly recommend this shop. I cant comment on cost , as it was an insurance claim for $1700 , but I dont know what that would cost a regular individual. But I would bet they are pretty fair. They even vacuumed out the inside really well and cleaned all the upholstery , even the bottom of the cup holders. And when I arrived to pick up my car Daniel was walking around my car, putting touch up paint on all my nicks and scratches. Then they gave me the bottle of paint to keep. Enough said. Great place.

Where do I start. I saw them by chance late last year and inadvertently received a full appraisal of my vehicle situation--I wasnt informed by my insurance company until later that they would not cover the cost. A technician named Daniel took time out of his schedule to look into my vehicles flood lights and found an appalling gaffe made by the auto-body shop mechanics who worked on my car after a flood. Not being a mechanic myself, I was not cognizant of the dire consequences if I left the slapdash work done by the aforementioned auto body shop as is. Daniel and Premier Carstar understood the confusion and miscommunication with my insurance company, and did not even charge me despite the time and effort he put into investigating and formulating an honest professional opinion/piece of advice on what to do with my vehicle. Unbelievable. I am no longer in the state of texas but I highly recommend anyone who is even remotely within houston--or in texas for that matter--to have their vehicles looked at and worked on by this group. They are exemplary; honest, competent, full of integrity, communicative, and an overall first-class auto shop company. Very rare!

I was SO sad when the front end my two month old 2016 Acura RDX got destroyed thanks to a high school student.....I looked on Acuras website and this was one of their recommended body shops in the area. Daniel & Monica are who I spoke with. They were great and kept me informed throughout the process. When a supplement was needed from the other drivers insurance, they handled it seamlessly without my involvement. After sorting things out with insurance, they gave me a completion date and it was accurate. My car looks beautiful! Ive had it for several days now and havent noticed any quirks. *UPDATE* - I noticed a little quirk with my steering wheel about a week after having my car back (the airbag deployed during the accident). Premier Carstar got me in right away, handled all communications with the insurance & car rental, and had my car fixed in under 48 hours. On top of it all, when I took my car into the Acura dealership for routine service, the technician commented on how incredible the car looked. He said he never would have guessed it had been wrecked. That meant a lot coming from someone who knows the car inside & out!

Im a repeat customer of years ago, and it was just as good as I remembered. From the beginning when Mo worked on the estimate until the finishing touches were put on, I was totally impressed. I was kept abreast of the cars progress with pictures from Mo and a text each day with the percentage of the cars completion. The quality of the work done was impeccable and worth the price I paid out of my pocket. I received my car all washed and detailed the day I was promised. I had a rental car that was arranged by Premier CARSTAR which went smoothly. I also had a follow up phone call the next day asking me if the car were repaired to my satisfaction. The way I drive, Im sure I will continue to be a repeat customer, and will certainly recommend this location of Premier CARSTAR to friends and family.

Daniel provided phenomenal customer service throughout the beginning and end. My situation was not through insurance and the guy who wanted to pay out of pocket (who hit me) was being difficult and trying to negotiate... but Daniel helped out regardless and was patient with the paying party. The back of my TLX looks better than new. I picked this place because it was on Acuras website as a certified body shop (not even the dealerships are all certified!) and I am really glad I chose this spot.

We have been using Premier Carstar since 2010 when a deer walked in front of my Civic on I-10. From a/c repair to flood damage, this shop is the best we have ever used. Everything gets fixed correctly and in working order and if there is a problem with the repair, they will make sure it is done correctly. They also have worked very well with our insurance company (AMICA).

I had my car here earlier in the month for repair. The estimated end date was the day I would start vacation. Premier Car Star accommodated my schedule and had my car ready a full day earlier. Premier carstar got it back to the way it was looking or even better, Daniel Shin is very professional, keeps you updated on the status of your car, ensures you get the very best parts.
