I recently had my vehicle repaired for light outside damages here and they had me sign a waiver for them not being responsible for any damaged or stolen items. I got everything out of my car aside from a few cds, books, and my GPS that i had forgotten in my glove box. When i came to pick up my car, my GPS had been stolen, my cds opened and scattered, and my books thrown into the trunk for no given reason. I knew there was not much i could do about this because of the waiver i signed but i was out 150 bucks from the stolen GPS and was annoyed that they told me they had a trustworthy crew. In particular, a woman named Jeanette Turley did everything in her power to NOT help me, she did not get back to me about reviewing the cameras and even pretended not to know who i was when i called back 3 days later. I was then transferred me to some random person in the same collision area as her and then the person snapped a rude comment at me as soon as i said that they should give better background checks and not tell me that they have a trustworthy crew, then she immediately hung up on me. I cannot stress more how shady this place feels to me now. To me, I feel like they have people sign a waiver and then go out of their way to trash and steal anything accidentally left behind just for the sake of not having responsibility. I will be reporting them to the BBB and letting Mercury know that their "preferred" collision center screws people over without a second thought. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED OR REPAIRED HERE. THEY SEEM HONEST AND FAIR UP FRONT, BUT ARE ROTTEN AND CORRUPT IN THEIR CORE.

over a grand in maintenance repairs done and a few days later my pulley for the power steering falls right off the front of the engine! bolts were merely hand tightened. I had explained many times that the truck needs too me "road ready" and safe for a 1500 mile drive then 1500 miles back again, I was about too take alone with my two kids. I get too my destination and find that the bushings are like angel hair pasta...shredded and falling off!! the people who found my bushings bad, told me "I cant believe you made it here like that" I called LMC after returning home too inform someone of the overlooked mistake and the General Manager said that the place who found the bushings was using a "scare tactic too sell me services" that its "pretty common", by telling me that there not sure how I made it there with them like that. That was his response to me informing him of his companies errors. too pass it off as no big deal. then he proceeded too tell me that he does not show on the "ticket" where we asked them too check for that THEN he said that "normally" all they do is check fluids and belts. We spent 1200 some odd bucks there and they sure as hell checked more than fluids and belts THEN!!! I absolutely HATE that we trusted them and I am kicking myself for not taking my business too Green and White. The only reason we didnt was because I was put off that Green and White charges almost 200.00 for only they initial diagnostic. You get what you pay for but in this case we paid a LOT for a bunch of un educated MORONS too tinker with my vehicle then refuse to assume responsibility.

I had to get the rear main seal, the oil pan gasket, and the rear differential seal replaced. I am a person that likes perfection, so I wanted the oil to be clean of the under body. I wanted to ask them, but didnt want to make the irritated. I dropped off my truck on a Tuesday evening and picked it up on Thursday at 5. My truck is running great and they went beyond my expectation because they cleaned the oil off the bottom of my truck. They also suggested a injection cleaning and I did it. Not sure on weather it made a big difference. But the truck drives great! The only issue I had was that when they went to reconnect the battery, they tightened the bolt to hard and it snapped. So I had to replace the positive cable with an aftermarket connector because the dealership wasnt open for me to get the part and I had to take my kids to school in the morning. The bad thing is that I had to cut off the factory connector and the after market one was extremely hard to install because it dont fit right. I would really appreciate it if they would fix it for me.

I return to LMC because of previous experiences. I consider them to be honest and do what is necessary and most cost effective. I recently had problems with the emission system that caused my vehicle to fail state inspection. After spending a reasonable amount of time trying to isolate the problem, they recommended I return to the dealer as this system might still be under warranty. Otherwise, LMC might have spent hours trying to solve the problem which would have been costly to me. In the same visit, they repaired my windshield washers for a reasonable fee. One was clogged and one was disconnected. In a previous visit to the dealer, I was told I needed new parts and given a quote. It was so outrageous I declined to do the repair. I think that LMC wants to gain repeat customers through honesty and respect rather than gouge someone once and never see them again. I especially like the fact that they will take me home and pick me up after the repair. NO WAITING!

I have used LMC Automotive for several years now, and for the most part they have made me happy. There was a hiccup one time, but Gary (General Manager) went out of his way to rectify the situation and made me a very happy customer. I understand that once in a while you may not get it right the first time but LMC will do the best they can to make their customers happy. I have taken several cars there, including my parents car when they came up for a visit from Corpus Christi last year. If for some reason you feel youre not getting the service you need, talk to them - they will work with you. They have earned my trust - allow them to get yours. God Bless.

I would recommend taking your vehicle to LMC Auto Repair in Spring, Texas! I had taken my wifes van to be looked at for a noise it was making when she went over a bump. We had taken the vehicle to numerous places and no one could figure it out. LMC Auto Repair found that my wifes brakes were missing brackets. The charge was minimal and they fixed the problem. The people and the service is outstanding. If you want your car fixed correctly, then go see LMC Auto Repair!

Second time Ive had an inspection done there. Takes less than 20 minutes, the waiting area is very comfortable and serene and doesnt smell or sound ANYTHING like a garage. They have a TV, coffee bar, and hot chocolate area, a very large well stocked fish tank if you have kids, and a beautiful dog named Buddy who loves having his ears scratched. It feels like youre sitting in your living room. Also, theyve never judged me for my messy vehicles.
