i dont understand how this place has 5 stars ! Ive had the worst experience with this shop, its all a scam. they just want your money and dont care about your vehicle. we were way over charged ! they ripped my carpet on my vehicle and it was done on purpose. They sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle from my house which was not necessary since i was able to drive my vehicle. second i NEVER gave the authorization for them to work on it, i told them not to touch it because i didnt want their service yet the very next day they started working on it just so i couldnt take it out anymore. They replaced parts that didnt need to be replaced, They "washed" my carpet which was a lie it was still dirty and on top of that they ripped it, it looks like someone got a knife and cut a straight line just to get more money from my insurance then the lady wants to act all offended saying we are accusing them of ripping it, they kept saying my carpet was already ripped when it arrived there which was NOT ! We just wanted to get our vehicle out of there so we went to pay them and they decided to charge us an extra 1000 just because we were arguing with them about my carpet, she was just acting all offended but yet she can be rude to us ?? in that case let me charge her 1000 for being rude to me and accusing me of lying. My carpet was not ripped before it left my house. This shop is just a rip off !!!

I got in my first rear end accident in March 2013 and had to figure out a place to take it to have it looked at. I searched Google for good reviews and came across Manriquez Body Shop; seeing how close they were to my apartment, I decided to take it there. I called and spoke with Rena; she was very helpful and nice and told me to come bring my car by anytime. When I brought my car they did a quick inspection and contacted my insurance company for me, and set a date for the inspection. It was quick and easy and they begun working on my car. At that time they gave me a rental car (which was SO nice of them, I thought I would have had to go through Enterprise paying $50.00 a day for a rental) and kept me updated on how my car was doing. I was so excited to get my car back. I was thinking it would kind of still be a bit banged up from the accident, but my car looked BETTER than what it did even before my accident! Completely blew my mind at what a great job they did, I was so impressed! Great paint job, nothing at all to resemble my car getting in a rear end accident, my front bumper looks completely BRAND NEW! They also did a great detail on my car (which I didnt ask for, just complimentary)!! I would recommend Manriquez Body Shop to anyone and everyone. I am truly impressed and so happy with the outcome of my car.

I was in a collisions n on my way to work and my mirror was GONE. My drivers side door was bent and my window didnt shatter but was stuck rolled down. I inquired about getting the window rolled up and was told the door would have to be completely replaced, side view mirror included. I continued my search and came across this business. When I arrived they were super busy but I was still attended within seconds of arriving. My estimate was worked on after reviewing what I wanted done by David. The price was very reasonable and they even were able to get the part for me that same day. I sat in the office thinking it would be a whole but to my surprise, the job was done in less than 20 minutes. They are awesome and Im grateful to ha d found them. Would definitely refer others to David and his staff PS.. I did have to return as I tried lowering the window after they got it rolled up, the mechanic lifted it again without any hesitation. Thanks guys!!

When the owner cares, the customer service is unbelievablely good and personal. This shop is exactly what I was looking for...a small business who cares about their reputation, unlike most big chains. At first the experience wasnt good. communication with the front is severely lacking(later found out shes new...figured) as a small business owner i understand just how hard it is to run a business like this and find good help. so i understand crap happens. it could happen at any shop. What make this shop different is Mr. Manriquez himself is constantly involved. He strived to make it right and make me happy, even though the solution he proposed to me would have caused him to lose money. I told him i cant let him do that. He said theyve been there for 60+ years. Hope small business like this continue to beat out the impersonal large chains, he has my business as long as Im in houston.

My experience with Manriquez was fantastic. Unfortunately, the individual that hit my car had Allstate for insurance, which was a nightmare dealing with. Instead of buying a new front bumper for my cadillac, Allstate tried to have it refurbished by a third party other than Manriquez and they did a poor job. Manriquez told me flat out the the sealed crack would only get worse over time, and they refused to let the car leave in that condition, thank goodness they did. Manriquez called Allstate and requested a brand new bumper for my car. It only took them two days to get the new bumper and have it painted. The customer service and the work they did was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone and I think Rena in the front office should run for President, she was amazing.

I wrecked my vehicle, several weeks ago-which I use on a daily basis as a form of commuting back & forth to work. I was facing a lot of financial issues at the time of my accident but Manriquez Body Shop really came through at an affordable cost & delivered A+ 5* service. My car looks brand new I am extremely happy with the overall experience. Rena was very informative, patient, knowledgeable, sweet & she delivered amazing customer service consistently. She was very helpful. Im truly grateful to have placed my car in the care of them & I highly recommend them to each of you ... #HappyCustomer :)

I will definitely be bringing my car here every single time! They did a fantastic job fixing scratches on my bumper and replacing the spoiler, my baby looks brand new thanks to their awesome job! Not only that theyre very personal and kind, they let me have a rental when it was too late for me to find one elsewhere and were very efficient! They also gave me calls and updates which most other places dont do. Overall, fantastic service from both Mr. Manriquez and both the girls up front! If you want someone you can trust with your vehicle, dont go anywhere else!

This is a superb shop. I am a customer who knows what he wants and fairly demanding. While I was not initially satisfied with the work done on my 2001 Ford Lightning, Chris took total responsibility for the problems I pointed out and corrected them all. Rarely have I seen someone such as Chris be dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. I recommend Manriquez Body Shop without reservation.
