Im giving them one star , but note that Id give them three if not for what they did to my friend who I recommended (and who I feel responsible for, and thus lowers my personal rating). As for myself, I took my car in to get a large scratch fixed. The shop had the lowest price around. They did the job, and it looked good afterward. No complaints. However, they did leave a good chunk of the paint spray on the inside of my car. I had to spend time wiping it all off my seats, doors, and flooring. I found it slightly sloppy that they couldnt have laid a plastic sheeting on my backseat when they sprayed, or cleaned the interior when it was done. I know they were protecting the windows by rolling them down, but still.... It made me question the professionalism of the shop. The other piece to this story is that they "fixed" my friends cars who I recommended to them after her wreck. It took multiple delays and 2 months to fix the wrecked auto. The first time they gave it back to my friend, the windshield still had a large crack, and she brought it back for another week. The car continued to make noises after being given back in the suspension. Once they fixed that for another week (almost up to 2.5 months), my friend started BURNING through tires. 2 sets in 4 months got worn down. Finally, after the second set, they took it to another shop. This shop said the replacement parts were old used parts with rusting on them, as well as not being properly installed, which threw off the alignment. So she was out another $2.4k to get the job redone at another place, and hasnt had good luck trying to talk with the insurance company/Crown on the previous failed service. On top of that, Crown now refuses to reissue her the old invoice without an administrative charge. So... A little sloppy. Good prices and decent lip service at the front desk, but may not be a place to take your car for large jobs. Body repairs and easy fluid changes might be best.

very impressed. they were efficient and thorough. Abdul and his crew were friendly, jovial, and sympathetic. Pricing was extremely fair (actually $1000 less than the first place I went) and they coordinated with my insurance company- all I had to do was come pick it up (washed, vacuumed and wiped down!) As a 25 year old female, I felt super comfortable and confident that I wasnt getting ripped off. Definitely a place to recommend to others.

Abdul was my mechanic for about 4 years before I moved out of Houston. I had a ford taurus that was always giving me problems. If it was something big, he would schedule the work on my car around my work and college schedule to get it fixed for me. It was always affordable, especially on a college budget and he was always very nice.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. They quickly and efficiently fixed my broken light so that I would not need to replace it. They charged me in total what others were asking just to take the bumper off. I am happy to have found an honest garage owner and definitely recommend this place!
