I had an automotive break down early this morning (6/20). I spoke to Chris, who was very pleasant and informative over the phone. He answered my questions and gave me a quote for what I thought was just a simple repair. I got my car to thier shop and I must say, being the first time I had been to them I was very impressed on how clean and inviting the place was. Even when the tow truck had brought my car, we were met outside by the office manage who introduced himself and invited me in when I was done with the tow driver for coffee. They were quick, professional and very curteous to me and the other customers that had come in during the morning. The gave me a complimentary curtesy inspection of my car and as it turns out, my issue was a little more serious than I thought. They had to get a special part for my car and had it within 15-20 minutes. Ive been in a few mechanic shops and I must admit, it was actually a pleasure to wait in thier lobby. For the stay at home parents, they even had a play area for kids in the lobby with a decent sized book rack and baskets of toys for them to occupy themselves on a nice rug which I thought was very considerate. I would definately use them again and would also recommend them. Great job guys.

Would absolutely recommend! We have been using CBA since we moved to Houston (first at the West Road branch and now at the Rayford Road branch). Their service is excellent and I have always felt they are very trustworthy and ethical. I feel like a lot of people in this industry will try to talk women into getting services they dont really need, but I have always felt that CBA has sincere recommendations and is always honest with me. Also, their level of customer service is outstanding. The staff knows us by name and is always so nice! They are very accommodating, and can take you to/from home or to work, as needed. They are always accurate with their time estimates (as to how long your service will take) - I have never had an experience like the previous reviewer. They always try to get your car out as soon as possible, and are very open if it is going to take longer because of a longer wait, etc. I would recommend making an appointment if youre in a time crunch, because they are often busy when we are there (which is just a testament to how great they are!). We will continue coming to CBA on Rayford Rd as long as we are living in this area, and recommend that all our friends do the same. Couldnt be more pleased!

I think they scammed me... I got a wheel alignment for my car because i had bought new tires and i didnt want them to wear unevenly. So when the person in the front asks me if the car was moving to the sides or what was my reason for me wanting my wheels aligned. i said nothing was wrong and that i had new tires and wanted them aligned. That was my first mistake. He just said ok and charged me 97 dollars and some change. My second mistake was saying that i was dropping off the car rather than waiting. Then they took the whole day with my car. I know the place gets busy but i drove a few times by the place and saw empty spots. Well they call me until they are 20 minutes from closing. Maybe to make it look like my car actually got worked on. I pick up my car and drive away. I didnt notice nothing different because my car didnt really need it. So now 6 months later my car is steering to the right...how is this possible? I didnt hit anything. Some cars go years with out needing to be aligned and my cars needs it to be done again? In only 6 months? I dont trust these people anymore. It sucks because they are located really close to me and by the reviews look like they are good. But maybe they are just bots.

A few months ago, my check engine light came on in my vehicle. I took it to Christian Brothers on Rayford Rd and Aldine Westfield for a diagnostic. They told me what it would take to fix it and how long. I continued to shop around for a better deal. A few weeks later, I took my car to different repair shop in Spring. They gave me a quote of half the price of Christian Brothers and said my car needed something different repaired to make the check engine light go away. I hired the shop in Spring to do the work. After the shop in Spring had my car for 2 full days, they gave it back to me in the same condition with the check engine light still on. They said that they cant seem to fix it and that they dont know what is wrong with it. I took it back to Christian Brothers on Rayford Rd and told them my story. They were very gracious, made my wife and I feel very welcomed, fixed my car correctly and I had my car back the same day, and even gave me a discount on my service for my troubles, even though they did nothing wrong and everything right. Christian Brothers on Rayford Rd is the only place I will ever take my vehicles for service. You guys are aces in my book. Great job and Thank you!

My wife ran into an issue with our Jeep and she explained to me what was happening (I am deployed overseas) and I already had an idea of what was wrong, but could not fix it myself because I am not there. I am handy enough on my own to fix some things myself on cars. She had it towed to the local Jeep dealership where they quoted her a ridiculously high price for completing the work. I told her to have the vehicle towed off their property and to the local shop (Christian Brothers). They completed the job very well AND for a much more reasonable price. She also had them look at a separate issue with our door lock and they informed her that while they could do it, it was a simple but labor intensive procedure and that shed be better off waiting for her husband to do it because of how much it would cost. I appreciate this kind of honesty in an auto repair shop; its hard to find these days. I have nothing but good things to say about these people and would recommend them to anyone needing automotive repair work done due to their honesty and reasonable prices. Their customer service is great and they completed the work on my vehicle in the time they quoted.

If I had a option for worst service ever I would have clicked that. I drop my car off before 7a.m. with an appointment to have my jeep looked at. So then I road my bike to the park and ride on 1960 to start my long commute to West University for work. As you could guess this has added 2 hours on to my day with the extra commute. I call at 6p.m. to see if my jeep is done or if they have found the problem,(keep in mind they close at 6 maybe you should call your customer) the response is no we got backed up. That is understandable things happen, but to not call and let me know is unexeptable. When I voiced how I was unhappy with this, I was then told "if my expectations could not be meet I should go somewhere else." Not how I would win over a customer. Did not ask how he could make it better or assure me that I would be first in line to look at my car before I need to pick it up for class at 8a.m. The level of customer service that was displayed here is beyond unacceptable. You should work on keeping your existing customers happy instead of driving them away.
