Was quoted for an approximately $300 brake and rotor job for my wifes 2011 Dodge Avenger. This store ended up charging my wife ~$1000 for the job, stating that four standard rotors (not racing/performance grade) cost about $380, and charged for ceramic brake pads when we agreed and were told semi-metallic brake pad would be installed. To be clear, we were told semi-metallic pads were installed until I questioned the price two weeks later and was informed that they up-charged for ceramic pads. Additionally, this store charges ~$400 in labor to install brakes and rotors. To add insult to injury, they almost made my wife pay for an $100 alignment fee even with our previously bought lifetime alignment service. I would not recommend this store to anyone who does not understand standard, market values for automotive work as they will take full advantage of you...This store personally insulted me by taking advantage of my wife. Update: the manager, Eddy, has not given me a call to resolve this issue in over a month. After explicitly informing him to call my number, he has repeatedly called my wife instead of my number. This is extremely unprofessional as a manager of a Affiliated Firestone store....

I Purchased four brand new firestone tires from here in May after I realized that two of them were not going to pass inspection. It is now August and last week while driving back from Austin the tire valve stem broke off and destroyed my tire.I bought a new one, Well four days later I got another flat tire due to the valve stem. They refuse to do anything about it because I didnt purchase the protection plan. Obviously it has something to do with the tires. I find it odd that two of my tires would wail within 5 days of eachother due to the vavle stem. Whats even worse is that I still have two on my car! i am very ticked at the lack of customer service. They couldve at least offered to look at my other tires if they werent going to replace my ones I purchased. They have just lost a customer. Unbelievable **the next day my husband called and we took my car in. the owner fixed my flat and replaced all of my tire stem valves for just the cost of labor. i was very appreciative. that is customer service. thanks

I wish I could give zero stars. Came in to do a state inspection on my vehicle, it failed, not their fault and the receptionist was really cool and explained it no problem. I came back for a re-test a couple days later and the guy at the counter (different one) was extremely rude. He instated that they gave me paperwork (that they didnt because it didnt pass) and an invoice (which I did have because I still had to pay). On the invoice it says why it failed but he insisted they would have given it to me. He did not work the initial day and insisted HE gave it to me. I never removed any paperwork from my car so it would be there for the re-test. After arguing for a few minutes the original guy told me not to worry theyll take care of me. After the retest was done, the other guy came out and put the paper in my face what it would have looked like. I passed, why insist? Very rude, will not return to this location. I do not recommend for any services to come here.

Stay away.....! To many other places to go where you will be treated honestly and professionally. I went in for a flat repair and asked if they could also inspect my vehicle. The inspection came back rejected for my front wiper blades. My vehicle has 13k miles on it and has never sat outside, it is in my garage at home or the office parking garage. The current wiper blades still work just as well as they did when I purchased my vehicle. So $56 later I have a nail removed from my tire and no inspection. 4/17/15 Update. Went to another station to get my vehicle inspection. They removed my inspection stick told me the law had change, I need to get my inspection when I renew my registration. This makes these guys look even less professional.

Ive been going here for years for oil changes and general maintenance on my cars. The owner and all of the staff are wonderful and always willing to me squeeze in and get me out quickly, even without an appointment when they seem packed. Last week, I had some minor damage to my vehicle that needed to painted and they quoted an excellent price; no one else would even come close! They completed my car and I picked it up today. It looks brand new, and they even touched up some rock chips/ minor scratches that werent part of the quote. Their customer service is superb and their work is thorough. I highly recommend Cad- L.

Independently owned location: you cant file a complaint with Firestone. The highest youll go is the store manager. Stay away. Do business with a corporate location. See below. (See Yelp for additional reviews on this location). Stay away! Once your car is on the lift to check on a simple fix, they will not drop it and will pressure you into getting work done even after you make it clear that you have no time for lengthy work to be done. Horrible experience and the manager and service advisors work hand in hand in making sure that your vehicle does not leave until they want it to.

The service here cant be beat. Ive never met a greater business man than Eddie. But the whole staff is wonderful too. They are so honest. Never tried to sell me parts or service I dont need. The lobby is amazing. Beautiful inside. Free beverages. Spotless bathrooms. And friendly staff that cater to you. Most times they offer me a free car wash with my visit. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I used to live down the street, but now live 25 miles away. I still take my car to them and only them. Ill be a customer for life.

Ive never been to a mechanic that was full of such personable and courteous employees. I was frequently asked if I needed anything and to make myself at home. I was visually shown what problems my car had and what needed replacing. Pricing was beyond fair and I didnt feel cheated or taken advantage of. Ill definitely be going here from now on. Its close and I felt like I was in good hands across the board. Ive been to 3 Firestone Auto shops (this one included), and this one by far takes the cake.

I drove around the city over an hour trying to find a place for my inspection. It was a random weekday, so it shouldnt have been a huge issue. This place was stop number 3, and by the time I finished with them....I was glad everyone else failed. Theyre failures gained ROF a new customer! The reception area was clean, warm and welcoming. They guys had personality and they seemed happy to be there. I had a great experience with them, and I will definitely return and send others there as well.

This is the only Firestone I will ever go to. The men who work here are so respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They know me when I call, always offer me a drink when I come in, and keep careful records of what has been done to my vehicle. They dont try to sell me on anything I dont really need, and they keep my car running well. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone. I am a customer for life!
