I had a great experience with East End Transfer. It was my first time hiring movers, so I was a little nervous about my furniture getting ruined, or them taking forever, but the move couldnt have gone better. When planning the move, they were very helpful in addressing all my concerns and making sure everything was talk about up front. On move day, the guys were awesome. They showed up on time, got everything out and to my new place quicker than the estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again the next time I move.

As I began my search for a mover to take some of my furniture to a vacation condo on the east coast from Texas, I made an extension review. ,East End is top shelf. They were the best in giving you the information, support and pricing I needed to make my move a success. Everything went off just as planned. My coordinator, Tori, was an excellent mentor. Also, on the day of the delivery she was in frequent contact. The delivery team was friendly helpful and completed the set up in record time. I will be a repeat customer.

East End went above and beyond my expectations to ensure all my needs are met. The packers at my origination ended up losing my hardware box, which means we couldnt put together my daughters crib. Mike from East End stepped up, and brought us out a brand new crib the following the day, out of his own pocket. They have been willing to work with us, even on a short notice unload. If youre looking for a great company to do your move, East End is the place to look!

I used East End Transfer and Storage and United Vans Lines for a move from Houston, TX to Baltimore, MD. They came for the estimate in 2 days (over the weekend) and the move was scheduled in 10 days. Their crew was excellent and moved everything with extra care. Did the same in Baltimore and we are very satisfied.

Early April we moved from Newton, Texas to Peeples Valley, Az. East End Transfer & Storage in Houston arranged our move through United Van lines. East End and United are truly moving professionals. Everything went unexpectedly well and we have no complaints.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not flexible with load/unload times. Very Rude. They only gave me 1 option for both even though I said I wasnt available. Dont use this company.
