We called them a month in advance to move us from one apt to another in the same complex, just around the corner... We schulded it for a Saurday morning between 11 and 1, we had everything ready to go all they had to do was load and unload... Not only did they not show up but LIED about why!!!! The owners wife told us they were running late on Saturday due to the apt ahead of us wasent on time... We found out the the guys that were supposed to move us on Saturday decided they didnt want to work! On Sunday when the guys FINALLY got there the took 5 hours to move us around the corner every box was turned upside down broken dishes every where, ask for our sodas took all of the candy, left wrappers outside of our apt... Did not care where they put our boxes left most in the middle of the floor instead of stacking them.... Made us a day late in moving AND was charged extra on our rent for that!!!! WE WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

Had an initial wonderful experience with the movers until we arrived and saw how horribly they packed our truck. The management ignored my calls until I called from a different number then decided to answer. They couldnt even give a genuine apology they said "we have a loop hole so we are not responsible for what happened. I dont have cheap furniture and my grandfathers clock is now broken.. Im sorry they did offer a discount for next time. Id NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Anyone reading reviews on companies Id look into Simply Moving Labor. They are wonderful people!! Should have gone with them to load my truck but I made the mistake in trusting Red Carpet. Glad some of you had positive experiences. Again management is not considerate and they will prolong things and Dodge your calls if you have issues!!! DONT USE THEM!!! Holding on to these pictures if any pursuing customers would like to see.

When I moved my family up to Tyler, early last year, I underestimated how difficult itd be to unload our moving truck, ourselves. I called the only moving company on Google that seemed legit, and asked for help. Within an hour, Eli showed up with one of his guys, and had us unloaded by lunch time. A few months later we decided the buy a home in town, and made the decision ahead of time to hire Red Carpet Moving to deal with the heavy lifting. When moving day came, Eli and his guys had us moved out of the old house and settled in the new one in just a few hours. Im an advocate for small business, and guys like Eli are the reason why... hardworking, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I hope we dont have to move again for a while, but Im keeping Elijahs number in my phone, just in case.

We recently hired them to move a Hot tub our new neighbors gave us. They showed up the day they said they would and kept in contact with us that entire day before coming. They showed up with 4 guys and the perfect equipment to get the job done, which was not an easy job I might add. We were very worried about being able to get it moved but they did an excellent job and it took no time for them to move it! Their pricing was also awesome and less than all the other companies we called. They were extremely nice and professional, we would recommend them to anyone who needed anything moved from a hot tub to an entire house full of stuff! I know we will be using only them for any and all of our future moving needs! Thank you guys for being so amazing!

What I considered important criteria from a moving company : On time arrival, appropriate dress/appearance, polite/respectful demeanor, proper treatment of items moved, being ready to go and moving at a suitable pace for the job, and of course reasonable price. Our Red Carpet moving crew of 4, which moved us from a 5 bedroom home along with our storage unit, into our new home, nailed all of these bullet points and more, and we were extremely pleased with our decision to use them. They arrived on time and started promptly, properly dressed, wrapped pieces where needed before loading up the truck, to help ensure that nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them.

Tyrone, Samuel and Joseph - three awesome guys who came to our home and treated our personal items and furniture as if it were there own. They were gentleman who listen to me explain how I wanted to have the move go and executed with precision. I had to leave early in the move and when I returned many hours later they had done exactly as I ask and had most of the move done. They picked up my new fridge at the appliance store with out any issues and moved it into my house skillfully. If you need really awesome movers you can trust with your stuff to move quickly and efficiently...call Red Carpet Moving and ask for these guys...you will not be disappointed

Last month I got a new job in Long view and I had to shift there from Austin as soon as possible. I was looking for a fast reliable mover in either Austin or Longview and I came across Red Carpet Moving. After talking to a young lady on the phone she had me sold. She was very thorough in explaining pricing and what to prepare for and expect on the day of my move. The movers showed up and did exactly what was expected of them. These guys really made a stressful day into a peaceful day after laughing with them all day. I will definitely be recommending them to all my new coligues.

Moved from PA to Tyler, Texas. I hired these guys to unload a 15 foot U-Haul. Im only giving 4 stars because I felt that the communication was a bit touch and go for awhile and they let me know they were 15 minutes away but it was more 40 minutes to an hour before they came. However, those are things you can get over and sometimes arrival times cant be controled. They unpacked the entire truck in half an hour. Worked fast and put things where I wanted them. Very polite, spent a little bit of time talking to my dad but not enough to slow them down. Everything went smoothly!

THIS COMPANY IS NOT 5 START MOVING COMPANY. The OWNER of this company is LIAR. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY DURING MOVING, THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL PAY BACK TO YOU LATER. AND THE OWNER WILL AVOID YOUR CALLS AND KEEP LYING TO YOU. Hands down the best. I will be moving again in the near future. I will definitely be calling them for the move. They were friendly, flexible, efficient and very fair with their pricing. I was sick the day before my move and Elijah was nice enough to reschedule my move with no problems at all. The day of the move they wrapped my furniture with extreme care. I had to store some of my furniture and it was wrapped so well that I do not have to worry about anything being damaged while my things are in storage. I would recommend them to anybody!
