If I could give lower I wouldve. My experience started off great. I moved in my apartment and I woke up the next morning to my car being towed... I called the U-Haul place as soon as they opened and explained the problem and they agreed to move around the turn in time... Granted they did it twice but failed to explain to me that they would be charging me double for doing so... Ok so we get there to drop the truck off and my husband goes in and they tell him we went an extra 40 miles OK fine not a problem and that theyre charging a whole extra day... So I go in (calm mind you) and basically want to gain clarity as to why Im being charged almost an extra $100 and from the start the location "manager" is raising his voice at me and Im still calm losing my patience no type of attitude or anything meanwhile my husband is standing next to me ready to go off. Im just asking questions if I owe it I owe no problem but Im sure as any other hard working person that doesnt have money to just throw away wants to know where their money is going. I end up paying it just to get out of there. Im not the type of person to encourage conflict but this man was literally asking for it. You are not only raising your voice to a woman but a customer! (Weak ass! No "MAN" should raise his voice to a woman for no reason) Someone whos giving you a reason to be in the lousy ass job position that you are in... like of he was in my position wouldnt he do the same??? Basically all to say this place was horrible, disrespectful, and just flat out bad customer service... Bet I wont ever recommend this place to anyone...

Went to this uhaul and not a pleasant experience here at all! They hardly had trucks available and then they dont try to save you money they over charge and add on extra. After I seen total my fiancé and I walked out! I went to the location off 2920 and 45 north and man the two are the same company but its like night and day! Will never return to this location!
