PODS is a very caring and generous company that I would recommend to anyone that needed portable storage. After the recent wildfires in Magnolia TX, the Society of Samaritans (SOS) was in desperate need of PODS. SOS is a non -profit organization that HELPS people who need help. It is run by local churches and (non- paid) volunteers in the Magnolia area. SOS took donations for the fire relief victims during the recent fires, and due to the overwhelming amount of donations, there was no room to store the donations. About 60 families whose homes were a total loss signed up for assistance from SOS, this did not include the families with partial losses/damages to their homes. I made it my mission to get storage for SOS. I will never forget the day when I call PODS, the lady that answered the phone did not hesitate to donate the use of PODS for as long as SOS needed, and how every many they needed. I called them on a Monday, and by Wednesday they were delivered. Thank you Lauren, our angel, for being so willing to help our community. You did not think twice about donating PODS to SOS. You have a huge heart and we will be forever grateful for your generosity.

Outstanding customer service! We moved from Cypress out to the Kingwood area in February and used PODS Houston for the first time. We ended up hiring people to help us pack and load our things in the pod and it ended up taking a little longer than we originally thought it would. PODS was supposed to come pick up our loaded container Thursday morning but we clearly weren’t going to be finished packing until later in the afternoon. I called and spoke to Melanie at the PODS Houston office and she rescheduled our pick-up for later in the afternoon in less than a minute! I also realized that we didn’t have a padlock to lock our pod after we’d finished packing it and she had the driver bring one to us on his way! He showed up about 15 minutes before we were finishing, loaded our full container on the truck with this cool remote control hydraulic lift and delivered it to our new house. We’ll definitely us PODS Houston if we move again and are telling all of our friends about them! Brad

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with PODS from start to finish. We recently moved 2 pods of household goods from Phila to Houston and were very pleased with the service we received. In addition to moving our household via PODS, we also used PODS storage facilities for several months on both ends of our move. Customer service, both national and at these local facilities, was great—efficient, friendly and accommodating. The entire move went very smoothly and all of our items arrived intact. Scheduling, transporting and delivery of our pods went without a hitch and both the local storage facility in Phoenixville, PA and the one in Humble, TX made our pods accessible whenever we needed during their hours of operation. The Humble location even delivered one of our pods and picked it up again within hours of delivering it even though we had not originally scheduled same day pickup. (There is an extra fee for this service.) I would definitely use PODS again.

We found our experience with PODS greatly helpful in our move. We put an initial round of excessive belongings into our POD to put our house on the market and had it delivered after we moved to our new house. Everything came out whole, unbroken, and just as we had left it. They arrived exactly within the agreed-upon time window every time, too! It could not have gone better!

Each year PODS donates the use of 3 PODS during our Christmas Toy Drive Tournament at Baseball USA. It is such a smooth process because of PODS when we spend a weekend each year collecting enough new toys to support 7 different local charities during the holidays. Thanks Kay for always taking such great care of us!!

PODS driver David Duffee didi a superb job driving the Podzilla up a muddy, off-road slope through a very tight gated space surrounded by low hanging tree branches in drizzly conditions to successfully retrieve a PODS container where others had failed. Great job! My PODS experience has been excellent so far.

I called PODS and arranged a delivery date. The POS came and quickly set up as we needed. It was very clean and I was pleased the roof was a frosted plastic so we had light in the daytime. When we were finished, they came, collected the POD on our schedule and done. Very easy. I would use them again.

We had a POD delivered to our new location and the driver, Leroy Washington, was extremely helpful in placing the POD for us. He was considerate of our needs and went out of his way to make sure the POD was accessible and secure. He was very professional all around!

PODS is the best. Contacted them about 3 years ago to help with storing of Camp Hope supplies for kids living with HIV+. so helpful in making sure our supplies are stored and also brought back in great shape- dont know how we would run camp wiht out PODS help.

Delivery on time. Friendly drivers. However, was not informed of needing tie downs to keep furnitures from moving and shifting. Had to buy your own, discovered after PODS were delivered. We packed however we felt was good. No guidance from company.

We used Pods when we sold our house this summer because our realtor recommend them. BEST DECISION EVER. We moved ourselves when we moved last time almost 5 years ago, but Ill never move myself again. Pods made everything easy and Im not 25 any more.

great experience moving with PODS. So much easier than trucks, storage units, and such. When I had a problem the GM Phil went out of his way to help me solve it. They show up on time and take care of your stuff! Would definitely use them again!

On a HOT and HUMID day in Humble, Tx.(105 degrees) Martin (Forklift Operator) became a hero. He helped Christian and I by lifting a 600lb service desk and helping us place it in a POD. THANK YOU Martin!
