If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst service, they dont care about you or your stuff. They will over charge you for things that were never communicated before reserving them. They advertise a professional service and they have unprofessionals working for them. The pick up team would not be people I would trust for any delivery if I had known them before. They LOST MY ITEMS! I LOST AN ENTIRE BOX! I received other peoples things, they will use a different delivery company in a different state without you knowing. They will show you how they will start ignoring your calls- overall the worst moving company ever. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. we ended up paying almost $3,000 from a $1200 initial quote!! they are sloppy and unorganized, everyone tells you a different story. They dig you in a whole in which you are screwed up for later. They will have the nerves to tell you to go pick up your own things in a random storage if you missed first delivery, which they will tell you from before (to sell you) that you have 30 days of free storage but never tell you that the storage is in Houston only, which doesnt make sense, and it is no where in the paper work. and so basically, because they dont even tell you when they arrive, they only tell you when they leave and expect it in however many days depending on your distance and not give you a specific day for delivery until they are there, and then if you cant make it, screwed. If you didnt understand their terms before and they clearly known that you didnt understand, they will not correct you before, they will wait for the delivery to slam you with all the extra costs. We plan on disputing their services and if they contest, we have paperwork ready to have them pay me back and REPLACE ALL MY LOST BELONGINGS BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE TRAP AND SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

They are worst company I have ever experienced. They do not explain additional charge. After I paid everything ($2200) at the day of pick-up (that price is also $600 more than the amount when they gave me the quotes), they were trying to charge me additional $700 for shuttle service before the delivery date. They just forced me to sign on the contract while they did not explain about the shuttle service charge. When I asked to the movers that whether that amount is the final they said yes so I paid in full. Then, after a week, they called me and ask me to pay the shuttle fee. And they kept saying it is on the contract and I signed it. Never believe the quote they give. The price is keep increasing. And, the movers were horrible too. One of the mover told me that customers never appreciate what he is doing ( you know we paid for it. He should appreciate giving him a job!). And asked me 10% of tip. The mover did not manage his anger and kick a ball in my house right after I refused to give him the tip. His behavior was really surprised me in a bad way. Wow ! If you are about to use them, be careful when signing on the contract. Make sure whether there are any additional charges. This is how they do this business. After I read all the reviews, I am afriad of that they will deliver my stuff late. I requested the delivery date, but now they are saying it can be delivered late about 21 days. By now, The experience with them has been horrible experience. Hope the end would be just okay. No more horrible experience. Now I am praying for them to deliver my stuff on time.

On 16 February 2016 I moved my stuffs to Indiana from Dallas through “Best Moving & Storage Company” . After online searching, I received immediate call from this company with an approximate estimate and asked a representative of the company to come to my house on the moving date so we can actually make an exact inventory sheet and have a final binding estimate. I was sure that I will receive a quality full moving service and so I trusted “Best Moving & Storage Company” with my belongings. The moving date was set for 16 February. I was expecting the movers at 18th to 20th of February but they came after 2 weeks in my new location. On the moving day after my belongings were unloaded and I noticed that one box was missing which contain relatively one expensive item ($300), one of the computer desk ($85) had totally broken, one 8 feet X 10 feet living room carpet/rug, one out door TV Antenna and dining table were missing ($100 rug, & $ 85 TV antenna and $180 dining table). The missing box contained other items along with a valuable TV box ($300). The items that were damaged and lost were about minimum $800. I tried to get my items and compensation for those items but they are trying to avoid my request. They should be responsible but they asked me to contact third party. I request all the people please do not believe this Best Moving and Storage if you are moving. They will say they will provide better service with lower cost as compared to other company but they will not do. Please stay away from this company.

Please stay away from this company! They steal your belongings, customer service is horrible, rude and unprofessional. They were very responsive before they got my money. David Morgan was quick to respond and made an impression that company was professional. Well, it was definitely the wrong impression. Unfortunately I was not able to be present when our belongings arrived. So I realized that some of our things are missing only few days later. I reached the company immediately after that discovery but after getting my money they were no longer interested in dealing with me. They dont respond to my calls, nor my emails for days. When I am lucky to talk to someone they are rude and unhelpful. This company stole very important and sentimental items for me. I call it stealing not losing because if they were lost customer service will do their best to help me locate them, but unfortunately it is not the case. I am reporting those thieves to the better business bureau, too bad it will not return the things I value so much. Also, apparently this company does not want to help nor take any responsibility for their actions. In addition, this company as a sales strategy prior to gaining your business tends to misinform about their charges. As a new customer, you expect honesty, courtesy, punctuality, a partner who not only cares about money but also helping and conducting business in a professional manner. Ive wasted so much time and energy dealing them. Picking this "company" was a huge mistake and regret.

I truly believe that people only come here to write bad reviews, but my experience was almost perfect. Alex and Manny were my movers and they went beast mode and were super quick, efficient, polite and honest with the entire process. They picked up on Saturday and I had my things by Wednesday 600 miles away. He told me what other stops he had, made an estimate of when he would be at my new home and came through with his promise. 5 stars for those guys! The reason Im not giving a 5 star review, and the undoubtedly the reason for only 1.5 stars as an average, is the dispatch team. Melissa was very good on the phone and got me a great quote, however, she stated that I didnt have to pack anything and when the movers showed up, they were not expecting to have to pack anything at all. Thankfully, we had already had almost everything packed so, for us, it wasnt a big deal. If circumstances had been different, though, our overall experience could have been different. My advice. Use these guys for your move but make sure anything promised by the dispatch is expressed on the digital contract they send. Follow those steps and youll be super happy with your choice.
