I had a very narrow moving window. I called and made the appointment for November 1st a month in advance. I confirmed the appointment 2 weeks before and then the day before the move. The day of the move arrived. Everything was packed and ready to go. They did not show up at 8:00 am. I called at 8:30 to find out what was going on. (Their office was less than a mile from my house.) I was told they were doing an early morning piano move. (Really?! How dumb do you think I am?) They finally showed up at 9:30 am. The owner arrived with them to apologize. He went over the quoted expenses with me and at the last minute told me Id be responsible for a fuel fee. I was never informed of this on the phone. After the owner left the movers told me my move had not been scheduled at all. The movers were very nice ... but had no clue how to effectively load the truck. It was the strangest thing Id ever seen. Everything had been stacked up nice and neatly by size in my house. I was on the 1st floor, and the flooring was concrete. Rather than using a dolly they carried almost every box out by hand. The lead mover was very nice but kept stopping to chat. I was paying by the hour. 2 days later they moved my grandmother. It took them 2-3 trips to move the things out of her 1 bedroom apartment. They moved all the boxes 1st. When they arrived with her furniture they looked at me confused. They had no idea what to do with the furniture since they had parked all the boxes where they furniture needed to go. They had to move all the boxes out of the way so they could bring the furniture in. Once again we were paying by the hour. Save yourself time and money & hire someone else.

An appointment was set for 12:30pm on 02/25/2016 to load a rental truck for an apartment move. No one showed, and no calls were made to say they would be late. Attempted to contact them at 1300, 1315, and 1330 hours with no one answering the phone. Started loading the truck on my own at 1300 hours. At 1350 hours, they showed up. They did not have any concern with being over an hour late, and driver attempted to crack a joke about how we looked almost done. Would recommend anyone else for your move. This company has no professionalism and is just a waste of your time. Company cost more money in hiring movers on same day. Thanks for nothing

I have moved several times using a moving company each time, and this by far was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The moving guys had a hard time getting along with one another, and a couple of them spent a lot of time standing around. (they are paid by the hour) They were not careful with my items, and thanks to that I had several items that were broken when I unpacked (the move was ~ 2 miles). They also managed to pull an arm off of an antique recliner and acted like it wasnt a big deal. Several pieces of furniture now have scratches, nicks and dings that they didnt have before the move. I would not recommend this company.

AAA Moving did such a fantastic job! We are all so very happy. It couldn’t have gone smoother, they were friendly and very professional, these men worked hard and well together, and guys the price is right!. The thing that I like the most was the follow-up, this meant a lot. We will definitely refer our family and friends to this company, as far as I’m concerned I rate them as a 5 star company.

use these people and youre in for problems. we used them and now have a very long laundry list of damaged lost furniture appliances and the list goes on. they and been non responsive two phone calls to come see the damage and now we are left to fix it ourselves

I hired them to clear out a storage and move everything into my new home and the did so with out any problems. I had some pretty big couches and they handled them with care.
