I must say...I was in need of only boxes to move..because I have movers with their own truck so when I searched for the nearest uhaul and saw the 1 star negative comment..I as a prior GM and customer service manager found it laughable...really? I havent used a uhaul truck in 10 years..yet even THEN..on your agreement and signage documents..it states..we will charge you X amount of $$$ if you fail to return the tank at FULL..and when I look at their fuel charge compared to the current gas station rate...I say..I will stop at the gas station thats ALWAYS conveniently local to that uhaul no matter if they are higher than my local gas station..I know that Im NOT going to give uhaul the chance to charge my credit card a crazy fee for any reason.. YOU my friend..just didnt read..or listen to the associate who rented your truck...DONT put it on THEM..YOU are JUST ignorant to the fact of reading and listening..cause 10 years ago they explain it..point it out on your disclosure and IF youre too tired..thats your fault for not adhering to the agreement...this store sold me 15 boxes and tape at a great rate..with hospitality...lol..WOW people..READING is fundamental

Went to two closest UHaul centers in Midtown and Downtown Houston... None had trailers so the downtown location assisted in a reservation for 3 days away at 16405 I-45 and Richey Location. Show up on Thursday 7AM, time reserved. No trailer. Mr. Harris the GM, reaction was unprofessional. "What am I spose to do? I cant make it appear!" I did my best to keep my cool... what am I suppose to do when Ive reserved days ahead and UHaul had all the time in the world to make sure trailer was there for me. The person day before did not return... Did they call them? Did they call me to let me know? Nope. You have one simple job... rent UHaul trailers. Please... step up. I said, well you have to upgrade to next available... "There is no next available.. I will try and find one at another location." Which Mr. Harris did at this location in Spring. If I need one in future, Ill go to 2920 and I-45 location in Spring.

The service was horrible. They customer service rep took my information with my credit card had the account another name. Then after the balance was paid the manager Joseph charged my card. I called and told him and he said it a fee for promisary note THAT WAS NEVER SIGNED. He said he would not charge my once the balance is paid, but a week later he did. I told him about the conversarion that we had and he said no and hung up. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Customer service when owner was in was impeccable but when i came to return the box truck i rented, all the employees there were on their phones so that when i approached the front it took them a second to even look up at me to give me the service to return my truck, seemed a bit pricey when i returned the truck seeing as i returned it the same day i rented it but it definitely did the job and for that, i give it the 3 stars it deserves

Horrible place to rent a uhaul totally lied and very disrespectful when you called them out corporate had sent them a email to waive all mileage I only put 77 miles on it then they tried to charge 20 more dollars come to find out the had to credit my account a dollar and some change horrible company Im a medically retired combat vet and was treated like totally crap and disrespected so beware

Dropped Uhual truck off to this property because I was not finished moving until after closing. Woke up to a $8 refueling charge for less than a gallon of gas. Truck was given to me with less than a half tank of gas. No issue with paying but $8 for less than a gallon of gas is ridiculous. No wonder the reviews for this location are what they are.

This location went above and beyond excellence. I had gotten royally screwed by another truck rental company and this location, not only managed to help pull things together that very day, but also gave me an incredibly good deal for all my troubles. Thank you!

Customer service needs improvements. AC was off at the store. Night drop off is very convenience but employees need to provide more information to customers; a step by step instruction in what to do to the equipment after business hours.
