This was a fantastic moving experience (never thought Id ever say that in my life). Kyle, my moving "concierge" was extremely helpful through the whole process by walking me through the steps - covering all corners like pricing, inventory handling, etc. But with this all said, the best experience came from my moving guys, Jim and Octavio (sorry, if you see this and I misspelled your name!). First, Jim calls me the night before to introduce himself and confirm the moving locations, the items being moved, and timeline. The courtesy call definitely helped ease my mind a lot - for all I know, some stranger could have said he was with AB Movers and took my valuables to the middle of bum f*** of nowhere. Secondly, the team arrived BEFORE schedule. They walked me through everything and really assuring me everything was going to be taken care of. Everything was wrapped and secured to make sure all my belongings didnt get damaged at all. Besides my extremely valuable items that I loaded into my personal car, I didnt have to lift one finger moving city to city. And lastly, I cannot believe how courteous and professional these two gentlemen were. Always asking me if everything was good, explaining everything in detail (even all the pricing), had the patience to answer all of my incessant questions - mind you, I had only heard absolute horror stories of moving companies prior. The only "qualm" about the move was the pricing - it was over my budget my a bit but it was so worth it. A true testament to the saying, "you pay for what you get." 5/5 stars and will definitely recommend using them again and to my friends and family. Thanks, team!

Awesome Service!! I submitted my quote for local move in Dallas on Yelp. I was contacted by Kevin within an hour of request. he asked me specific questions and gave me a very competitive quote. I asked a few questions back and got a response immediately. Very prompt in responses. Later on I got a special coupon from yelp and they were happy to apply that to my order over the phone. Even better deal now. On the delivery. I requested for 9 am service and guys arrived right about that time, the delivery guys also gave me a 45 mins pre delivery call to make sure we are ready on our end too. As soon as they arrived, i was surprised that they had 3 guys even though booked for 2. I was promised by the delivery guy that you will be charged for 2. Thats perfect. Finally, i saw these guys brought extra shrink wrap and wrapped all my items carefully and tightly. Then took them down the stairs in their truck. Some of the items were real heavy and big and they took utmost care in moving those items. I have to say that was the fastest and smoothest move I had imagined. Everything was done in 2 hours and not even a single penny was charged extra. Ofcource I was happy and paid them a nice Tip(Thats the least I could do.). Would recommend them to everyone. They are very helpful and make your move so much fun!!

When planning our move, I reviewed numerous companies and chose AB Moving because of previous customer reviews and the rates. I could not have been more pleased with the move. When the Rubio crew arrived at the specified time, Jose asked me to show him everything that was to be moved. As soon as I had pointed out a couple of items, he had the other two men on his crew start moving them. Jose told me if I had forgotten anything, to just let him know and they would load it also. The crew was very efficient, and worked constantly until all items where loaded. At the new location, they were very helpful in placing item where we wanted them. After completing the move, Jose had me check the truck to see than everything had been unloaded. In summation, the crew was very friendly, efficient, and did not damage any of the furniture and did not damage any of the walls at either location. I was very pleased with the final bill. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with AB Moving..

My fiance and I completed our move yesterday. If youve ever moved before you KNOW it is stressful in and of itself! But then theres also the emotional stress of everything you hold dear to heart being packed up and transported from one place to another.... These gentlemen immediately placed us at complete ease! The service we received from Ricky, Jordi & thier partner was STELLAR! They arrived on time and went straight to work, they worked rapidly while taking complete care of all our belongings! Im am extremely particular person and had a few :) extra requests, they honored a of them with a pleasant sure and a smile. They also assembled our king size bed, and professionally wrapped our large dining table for damage free storage in our storage room, all while never slowing down! AB Moving, you have a new lifetime customer and we will be referring all our friends and family! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Theyre moving my stuff as i write this review. I dont have much stuff and its been an hour and a half so far and Im still here. It seems like this might be their first time moving someone. Theyre definitely friendly enough, polite and al that but they arent movers. I had to ask for certain things to be wrapped ex my dresser so the drawers wouldnt slide open. My last movers would take the elevator down with my stuff then come back up using the stairs...these guys ride the elevator both ways and make whole trips for small things like some sofa pillows. Where as the last movers wrapped the sofas with the pillows and cushions on the sofa which made that sofa one trip instead of three. Unfortunately the movers i used in the last were local to Austin. Cant say I didnt do my research because I checked yalls reviews. Just wish I got one of yalls teams instead. Well see how the unloading goes.

Most unprofessional moving company ever. So out of no where I get a call saying "hey were in front of the leasing office" with no warning at all. Just them saying theyre here. Theyre supposed to give half an hour at least notice. Then I tell them to come in the entrance on the other side so its easier for THEM as Im giving him directions he hangs up on me. I think there was a language barrier perhaps but nonetheless you dont hang up on someone just because you dont understand.. you ask. So I call them again and try to explain hey Im trying to help you get here and he hangs up on me again. I call the company to tell them what happened and they dont apologize or anything and the lady is really rude and has a dumb entitled voice. Like okay youre in charge of incompetent movers get a hold of yourself. Anyways. This company is awful so I wouldnt use them. Trash

Riot Fiftythousand

These guys showed up HUNGRY and CONFUSED. They took the longest route to make more money with time killed. They broke and ruined my $2500 Living Room set, Entertainment Center broken and just about everything scratched up. Their manager Jim, was called by them from my House to let them know of the problems. Then comes their Insurance from Hell. These guys have been giving me the run around. Final Papers have actually been signed for the release of my coverage, but they just decided to hold it a little longer. AB Moving have been informed several times, but they just do not even respond to e-mails or calls. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. My Attorney is looking into the matter, and honestly, I did not want it to go this far. My claims were possibly 10% of the damage they did to my stuff.
