I called days in advance to rent a 15ft truck. The phone rang numerous times then it was finally picked up. When I asked to book a truck , she made a sigh and said she was just closing up . It was 630. They close at 7 at the kingwood location. She said hold on and she will log back in and open everything up. All was said and done and we agreed for 9am . I got a email saying my reservation was for 12 and at the 1960 location . 15 miles from where i live. I sent an email back , showed up around 9:30 at the kingwood location. The older lady was very nice and said that I must have called the 1960 w location because they have me for 10 at that location . Ridiculous . I double checked the number I called , it was kingwood. And I double checked what the original lady, who had a Hispanic accent, and I agreed upon.now, behind on our moving , we r headed 30 miles back and forth out of our way. I never get irritated the way I am now . So to whomever was working at 6:30pm on Oct 22nd, you made my one day to move very frustrating .

Beware when using a credit card at uhaul. We have been trying for months to get credit for tolls charged to our Discover card after we returned our rental in May. Apparently whenever this trailer is rented and goes through a toll booth our credit card is charged. Pretty horsey if you ask me. How can our card still be attached to this trailer? Uhaul needs to remedy this immediately. Looks like identity theft to me. Anyone else have this problem?

This location had the worst customer service ever. The lady Ann McDaniel was very rude as well as Jeffrey . While waiting for assistance they never acknowledge us instead walked around as if they were handling other things. If I have to get another uhaul from here I will just never use uhaul again. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Dont even bother with making a reservation! I physically went to them to line up a trailer and give them a credit card to boot. It didnt make any difference, I still had to drive all the way to Spring to pick my trailer and come back to Kingwood. I would recommend just buying your own trailer.

I arrived ten minutes before closing to buy a pack of boxes and the guy was outside throwing some trash. I asked if they could sell me the boxes and he just looked at me and turned and continued whistling. He was completely rude. He didnt even bother to say a word.

Stood there 20 min at the counter waiting, while one employee helped a customer...while two other employees couldnt be bothered, they were too busy starring off into space. Horrible service. To be expected from most UHaul locations unfortunately.

I went in to have a hitch installed and they informed me that it wasnt a good idea because of the amount of rust on my vehicle. I thought that was very professional of them considering that they could have just installed it and took my money.

Check your milage before you leave the lot, I am positive they are scamming everyone on this. When I complained that the miles werent correct the owner got upset with me! Wow, wonderful customer service!

Dropped a trailer off the same night I rented it and they waited for two days later before they checked it in so they could try and charge me for the extra days. Stay away from this place.
