A little over a year ago I found myself in huge bind. A car (07wrxsti) I recently purchased with no warranty motor exploded. This left me with no option but to go buy a used motor or build a new one from scratch the way I wanted it. Of coarse I chose to go with the new build. The initial shop I gave the job to ended up doubling the quote after they pulled the motor and disassembled the engine bay. After a bunch of bad tension it left me with no option but to pick up the car along with all the unlabled pieces pieces and parts, which I can assure you was a lot. So here I was with my new car that had no engine and a garage full of boxes, hoses, bolts, and everything else under the sun. I had not a clue of what I was going to do and my levels of anxiety were through the roof. I began to scout different performance shops(3) to finish the build and each time was turned away. Non of them wanted to even touch it, they said it was not profitable to them. I could understand, its kinda like putting together a 1000 piece puzzle with no box or photo. End the end i figured they just didnt have the experience, drive, or know how to be successful on this kinda job. Just when I wanted to give up I looked into one last shop called Elite Auto Haus and thats when I met Cash and Mike. They agreed to take on the job with no hesitation. Not one time did they make me feel like they didnt have a handle on things or were setting me up to get screwed over. They quoted me a very fair/good price and stuck to it throughout the entire build which was completed in record time given the situation. Ive never seen an automotive business that made me feel at home and really felt that you could trust other than Elite Auto Haus. This day in age it is extremely hard to find a business, especially automotive, that posses qualities like integrity, intelligence, and honesty. This is something Elite Auto Haus really hits it on the nail. Theyve gained my trust 100% and they will do the same for you. And all the extra attention to detail on the build went beyond of what I expected only to leave a smile on my face. It has for sure made me a life long customer. If youre going to own an older Mercedes and youre not made of money, you better have an independent mechanic that understands the complex systems of these vehicles and charges a reasonable price. Most people find it hard to afford Mercedes dealer repair costs, but very few independents have the skill and expertise to work on Systems like the Active Body Control suspension on my SL550. After talking to Cash I decided to trust him and his team with my 2007 SL550 for a very complicated repair and I couldnt be happier. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, they worked with me to make sure that my extended warranty provider paid according to my contract. Theres no question - these guys are go to mechanic from now on.

Very disappointing, Do not take any BMW of Land Rover to this place, it looks like they dont have the tools to work on this type of cars it took them 3 months to deliver my Land Rover, and in worst shape than when I took it in. I took it there driving and I almost had to tow it now, I cant move it anymore, they lost pieces of the car and they did not replace those parts, they did not assembly the car well, What can I say, I would not risk my car to this location

This is my fav auto shop hands down!!! I have been doing business with Elite for a few years now. Its hard to say you trust a business but I TRUST this shop. Always fair, never try to pressure you into anything.. I take my vehicle there for any repairs even my oil changes! I brought my BMW here initially now they service my Infiniti. Customer service is awesome, fair prices & great mechanics!!!! Take your vehicle there!!! You will not be disappointed !!!!

I brought my MB CL550 in for a new battery and Im so happy I did! I was literally on my way to the dealer and saw this place. I checked the reviews and decided to stop in. Much less expensive and faster service than Ive EVER received at Mercedes dealership. The ppl were nice and helpful. I got my battery changed in less than an hr and close to half the price of the mb dealer. Will be back.

I can not say enough nice things about this place. They are freindly and professional. I call one of their mechanics named Cash- "The Car Whisperer" and I wont let anyone else touch my car from here on out. Seriously upstanding and conscientious. Dont hesitate to give them a try. Your car will thank you and you will not regret it!

They said they replaced a part and couple weeks later same problem came up and they denied ever changing part. Then they asked for cash only what place only takes cash if they are not trying to scam you. I made them sign a receipt. They charged twice for the same problem unbelievable. Stay away from this place

I have a 750li, and was told 3 weeks but they ran into a problem so he insisted that they going back in to check all ends and was informative with me about whats going on they not saying the car ready till its right I appreciate that they care about the customer and work they preforming...

Great shop! Got recommended here by a buddy of mine and the owner and people at the front desk are super chill and helpful. They had a busy day and I explained the situation and they managed to squeeze me in (day before Thanksgiving busy-ness!). Will definitely be coming back.

Wow. This is a place that respects my time and deals fairly. Prices are good, but not the lowest. Did you buy a top end car to give it the cheapest maintenance you could find? No, so come to Elite Autohaus. Quality is excellent. Customer service is good too.
