I ran out during lunch to get my oil changed because didnt want to forget about it over the weekend. Went to Jiffy Lube, let them upsell me on the air and cabin filter. dumb of me, yes but whatever. Get my keys back and turn the car on and before Im even out of the parking lot I see that my low oil pressure light is now on. This seemed suspicious to me as it had not been on prior to the oil change. I immediately put it back into park and alert them to the situation. They were not particularly helpful or skilled in troubleshooting. Their response was to keep checking the oil and showing me the dipstick. "look theres oil, everythings fine! the sensor must have gone out! Sensors go out!" one of the guys sort of sidled up to me and said, "you know, that light came on when I turned on the motor and moved it into the bay..." I argued with them that yes, although sensors do in fact fail it is highly unlikely that my oil sensor failed at an oil place while getting an oil change and it not somehow be related to the whole oil change procedure. They continued to show me the dip stick and yes, theres still oil there. One of them then opens up a sonata owners manual, and says, "sir, this light means that theres low pressure, and we changed the oil, so it must just be the sensor." "can you check the oil pressure manually?" "no, but its just the sensor" "So if I drive out of here and my car is screwed, jiffy lube will be like, our bad, it wasnt just the sensor or are they going to say im an idiot for driving around with the oil light on?" One of their guys even tried to talk me out of going to a mechanic. "you know, theyre just gonna be like, man, this is wrong that is wrong, theyre gonna rip you off" So, being prudent and not wanting to be the owner of a hunk of metal with poorly rotating parts I called a wrecker. He gets there and starts to lift my car up...and oil is dripping from it! I yell at the Jiffy Lube guys to come look, the same one that was distrustful of mechanics comes out , opens the hood and says, "oh, theres oil there, thats just cuz our guy didnt clean it off like he shoulda. Let me clean that for ya" So, yeah, Im not supposed to find it alarming at all that my oil light is on and theres a suspicious amount of oil pooled around my engine. Get the car to the mechanic, they pop the hood and immediately see that Jiffy lube had caught the sender wire in the oil filter cap and cranked down on it, setting off the oil light and spewing oil. And there was even more oil under the hood just from moving the car into the mechanics bay. I went back to Jiffy Lube the next day and showed them all of the pictures from the oil change adventure. The same technician with the unhealthy attitude towards mechanics looks at them and says, "how do we know that he didnt just put that wire in the oil filter cap and take pictures?" Yes indeed, how do we know? How do we know that I am not part of a global conspiracy targeting Jiffy Lubes? I took many pictures and strongly recommend that anyone take a picture of their oil light and mileage prior to it being "serviced". I think one of the biggest things for me is what would have happened if I had just shrugged my shoulders and trusted them. I think a lot of people less stubborn than me would have taken their word for it and merrily gone on their way, right up until the point when their engine ground itself to death. They would be out a lot of money and could potentially have been put in a very hazardous position.

Ive seen the other reviews and they may have been justified - in the past. However, this location has all new employees - from the manager down. If you have skipped this location in the past because of poor performance then Im asking you to give them another go. These guys are, in a word, awesome. Ive been to this location several times and have gotten top performance each time. I was met at my car and greeting cheerfully by Joe (ask him about his dream of being a cook). Then I was ushered inside and found fresh, hot coffee in a comfortable waiting area. The time it took for them to do the job was minimal. Tom came in and showed me, on the computer, what the manufacturers recommendations are for all the maintenance areas of my truck. He made suggestions - but wasnt pushy about it! He was so pleasant that the normally dull routine of getting my car service wasnt so arduous . I was asked if I had any questions and I got simple, straightforward answers. I felt good when I left and, I believe if you give these new guys a chance, you will too! :)

Nice enough people and average wait but experience with oil change is lacking. Needed the oil changed and I usually do it myself but was pushed for time so let these guys do it. Typical plus selling but nice enough when you tell them NO. I did try to change my oil on the next occasion (4000 miles later) and the drain plug required a 6 point socket to assure I could loosen it without stripping it. Gorilla tightened. No so lucky on the oil filter cap as it is plastic. Crack some of the edges and gave up as I had already drained the oil and needed a cap. Now I have to buy an aftermarket cap ($25 or $60 from Toyota) and a tool to remove the cap. I have sucessfully removed it 3 times previously with a strap wrench until the Gorilla tightened it now it will take a special tool.. INEXPERIENCE. Beware! If they always do it be prepared for them to tell you the cap cracked during the removal and now they have to get a new one. Extra $$$$$$$$$$ for you to spend because of their inexperience.

Came in for a state inspection and left very disappointed. The guy doing the inspection took out the air filter and when I told him not to change it he didnt even bother to put it back. It wasnt until a couple of days that I realized that there was no filter. Then they said I needed to replace the wipers because they left steaks when I looked at the windshield I noticed they had used something to scuff it. I didnt want to argue so I asked how much to have them replaced. They wanted $32.00. I told them to fail the car and I would go down the street to buy a pair. He offered to lower the price but at that point I was already angry. After an hour and a half it finally passed. The personnel working there are unprofessional and shady. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube.

I bought a Groupon, $25 for $49 service, oil change vacuum, window cleaning, and rain X service. Due to my 2013 Challenger using a synthetic blend, ( I was not told beforehand that it would be more) I was charged an additional $42.50, and only credited $25 for the Groupon, it seems to me I should have been given the $49 that the Groupon covered. On top of the shady pricing/manipulation, the windows were not cleaned, and the vacuuming, if it was done at all was very lackluster. I had to stop and do it myself on the way home. Based on the receipt that I was given, the full price would have been more than $80 for an oil change, rather excessive I feel, and on top of that it was slow, I waited for almost an hour.
