Thom and the staff at Magnolia Auto were incredibly helpful when I was in a very tough spot. They were knowledgeable, affordable, honest and more than fair, they were fantastic! When my car broke down late one Friday afternoon, they stayed open long enough to get my car over there and even looked at it for me past closing time. They laid out my options and gave me plenty of time to decide my next move. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Nothing about this small town shop has a small feel. Called for pricing tried to charge more twice. Wonder why we have a New Magnolia seems old Magnolia forgot about customer service. Because we asked mechanical questions....they thought we should pay for an answer. I dont care if I have to pay double, I will never return nor suggest this place to anyone! Stay away!

Failed my car for my window tint that was clearly llegal just wanted my money. Worst experience. I waited 45 min and then it took him 30 min to do the actual inspection. He didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. Made me feel uncomfortable as well talk to me like a child. I will def be telling family and friends to never go there again.
