I hate to be the only person who does not have a good review, but I had a bad experience here. Im a full time student in college; I obviously dont have much money to spend, but I wanted to get my car checked out. I figured this would be a good place to go to because they are a Christian organization. Obviously the word Christian does not mean anything anymore, but I figured I would give them a shot. Had a bad smell in my car I didnt know what it was. I told them I had a hole in the back of my convertible, and the leak was right under the driver seat. I told them that information. Im over here thinking it is something mechanically because Ive had a leak for the past 2 years and I always clean it up and have no problems. They come back and told me yeah you have hole in the back of your convertible and its causes water to get beneath the driver seat, (yeah I know I already told you that) then the only additional information he told was that there was mold. I was happy it wasnt anything mechanic related, and was thankful. They did not move my car, they just left it at the same spot I parked it. Basically he took one minute out of his time to smell the odor and he right away knew it was mold, I wish I would have knew. So I get charged $65 for him telling me that it was mold causing the smell..... He does calculations how much it would be, and it was over 1k. For the amount of work it needed yeah maybe the price sounds right, but who would spend that much money on a car that is worth no more then 3k. They didnt offer any additional recommendations since I didnt have that money. Basically they left me with if you dont pay the 1.5k then theres no use. Thanks "Christian" Brothers Automotive

UPDATE 3 (October 2016): Finally a manager that understands customer service! The new manager, Jeremy, reached out to me about the issues I experienced at this location. Long story short, he earned my business back. Will update to 4 stars. UPDATE 2 (March 2016): I called them to ask about the warranty on their work. I wasnt necessarily looking for freebies, I simply wanted to have a professional conversation about the quality of work done on my vehicle. What I got instead was a defensive and irritated exchange with the manager who was either having a rough day or doesnt belong in a service industry. A one star rating is one too many for this business. UPDATE (March 2016) I just had the vehicle serviced by a dealer and found that the differential fluid cap (which Christian Brothers serviced) was not properly sealed. I paid over $200 to them and BOTH of the components they serviced were done improperly. I am lowering my review to 1 star and deeming this place as a MUST AVOID. They have also never followed up on my terrible experience, which tells me they arent interested in trying to retain customers. (June 2015) Should have been an easy 5 stars and return business from me. Two days after their oil and differential fluid change on my truck I had a large oil stain on my driveway and was about a quart low. I went underneath and tightened the oil tank cap (wasnt even finger tight). Come on guys...

I just moved here from New York. I was looking around for a place that was reputable to have my 2014 Toyota Camry serviced. Its very tough these days to try to find somebody that is honest and will not try to hustle or be dishonest to you. After reading some of the Google reviews for this location, I decided to give them a shot. I only needed an oil change and I wanted to have the car looked over because I had driven cross-country back in September of 2016. I was also worried that it was going to cost a lot of money being that the car takes synthetic oil. I am impressed with the service that I received. The facility is very clean and the waiting area is very comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable service waiting areas I have ever been in. They will offer you water, but there is Keurig coffee and various snacks available for you. I encourage you to give Christian Brothers a chance. I was also amazed that the price was extremely fair, I expected the service visit to cost more. Thank you Christian Brothers, you will be seeing me again very soon.

I usually dont write reviews but I was so impressed with Christian Brothers that I thought Id take a few minutes to give it thumbs up. :) I took my Honda Civic in because the air conditioner wasnt cooling. I had checked the freon and fuses and determined that was not the problem. I figured it would be the relay switch or the compressor which would mean BIG bucks. You never know which automotive shops are honest and I was afraid that regardless I would probably get charged for a new compressor. Well I was very happy to find out it was the switch and it was only a couple of hundred to have it replaced. I write this review because there are a lot of shops who would have told me it was the compressor because they can make a LOT more money off of you, like around $1500. Christian Brothers was honest and only charged me to fix what was needed. Again, thats why Im writing this review so if you are looking for automotive work you will know that you will get a fair deal. The customer services was GREAT as well. :)

I highly recommend this CBA for your car care needs. This CBA team has been servicing my vehicles since Jan 2014, and I am very pleased with the level of service and care. I had one issue with my cooling system that they went above and beyond to verify that the repairs were done right and that my system was operating correctly. I had concerns that it might be acting up and they put those concerns to rest with the amount of dedication they showed to make sure everything was right. The service is great. The shuttle is timely. The repairs are done right. My wife likes the waiting area, which has kid friendly materials. I cannot ask for a better experience, or better care for my vehicle, which I drive daily for my job. EDIT 7/1/2016: This CBA staff continues to earn my business. In my experience they make recommendations for repairs with integrity.

The manager & staff are great. Very personable & genuine. I had my axle repaired a few months ago with no issues. Unfortunately, I ended up having some other non related car problems. I had just had my braces put on the same day my car over heated so needless to say when I brought it in Monday I had already had a long weekend. I understand you have to pay for the mechanics time with an inspection but I explained that I had paid for related work prior & wanted a 2nd opinion. The manager explained he didnt want me to be double charged so he would waive the fee & check it out free of charge. Not only did he have the mechanic check my leak he also checked my engine light while explaining the mechanics credentials. I not only received an expert opinion but I received a better start to my week than I initially had
