The absolute worse place to go. Mike has terrible customer service skills and should retire. What ever happened to the customer is always right? When you have an issue, you should not feel like your issue does not matter or that you dont have a right to feel the way that you do. The manager told me to bring my vehicle so they can check my new tires to see if anything may be wrong with them and swap them out because I have a warranty on them, but Mike seems to feel that my issue is not relevant and instead wants to enhance on the fact that there are 3 other people in front of me with an attitude. Who cares if there are 20 people in front of me. If the manger told me to come, then take care of me as a customer and take care of my issue. The worse place to get your car serviced all because of Mike. I have always had a great experience until now and will never go back as long as he is still employed there. Get better service agents. The young lady that worked there was always amazing and handled me with care.

MOST UNRELIABLE MECHANICS! I purchased 4 new tires there. The car kept pulling to the right so when I took it back, they said it needed wheel alignment. I had the alignment done but there was no improvement. I took my car elsewhere and they said my front right tire was defective due to tread pull and not only that, but Firestone had put the wrong size tires!! I went back to Firestone and they did nothing about it! A few months later, my tire peeled and shredded on the freeway!! This time Firestone said it was due to the alignment. But they are the ones that did the alignment!! They said alignment should be done twice a year, which I have never heard before. Especially when I drive only about 50 miles per week! The price they quoted me for a new tire was outrageous! I went to Discount Tire and they replaced my tire for 30% less. Plus in the future, even if you dont have tire warranty, they prorate it and give you some consideration toward new tires!! Goodbye Firestone, Im moving on!

I used to visit Firestone on a regular basis for oil change, and each time, the Reps always came up with an estimate for parts and repairs for something totally unrelated to my visit. Nothing was estimated under $350 minimum. I would be told about changing my belts, air filter, or brake pads, or windshield wiper etc. Their main purpose was either to meet their monthly cash flow target, or worst still, get commission from every sucker who walked in. God help you if you ever came for a yearly inspection, the chances of you getting a sticker would be next to nil, if your car was over 5yrs old. One day this place is going to be sued really bad for screwing customers who walked into their store, especially to the location at 16711 Champion Forest Drive in Spring Tx.

Ask for someone other than Ernie or go to a different Firestone. I wanted a lifetime alignment done and diagnosis of road noise and some cupping wear on the tires. Dropped car off at about 11am. I sensed Ernie wasnt wanting to do the job unless I replaced the tires. I said I wasnt doing that but wanted to go ahead and do the alignment as a start to figure out the problem. Ernie said they were busy and it would be 2 or 3 hours and theyd call. That was fine. I just required the car back for 3pm. 4 hours of waiting later, I call them. They said they wouldnt get to it until 5pm. I needed the car for 3pm, so had to collect it without any work being done. Very poor customer service. Really nice lady does the courtesy shuttle though.

Went for a wheel alignment and they said I needed to replace my tie rods. So I got that done as well. While I was driving after the repair one of my hub caps fell off. I called the office and Mike said to bring my car back. When I did, him and Brian looked at my car and said someone stole my hub cap, but they would replace it. ( side note: went to discount tire the next day and they said my hub caps were not fully tightened, which was why I kept hearing rattling.) Mike instructed me to come back that Friday for my hub cap. Its been almost 3 weeks, and theres still no hub cap on my car. I called today to ask what was going on and was told I would get a call right back. That was 30 minutes ago.

The Service Manager is a THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my car there on Jan 20th to get my an oil leak chemical added to my car and when I left my passenger seat slammed into my dashboard. I knew something was wrong when the Service Manager Adam came back in the seating area looking at me funny. He had went thru my personal belongings and saw something he shouldnt have. So I asked the manager Judy who worked on my car and she said it was her Service Manager. Only a thief would be rummaging thru someones car and find something personal. No one ever tried to call me back in Consumer Affairs and this "trailer trash" type of service is what you would expect from a sub par retailer.

I made an appointment at 7am hoping to get ordered tires installed, an oil change, and an alignment done as quickly as possible. I knew this was a decent amount of work so I waited till the weekend and got it set early. When I dropped it off they told me it would be done at 10. Cool. Then after not hearing back until 10:30 I called back. They said there was still a few cars in front of me. So much for the "appointment". It was then going to be complete at 11:30 noon at the latest. Im sitting here now in the parking lot and it is 1pm while writing this review. Unless you are one of the 4 people who live near this location I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I was told that it would take around 45 minutes to mount and balance four tires. It ended up taking 2 hours. I scheduled an appointment to get the tires put on, and they didnt even get the car into the garage until half an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The mechanic doing the work didnt realize that the front wheels and rear wheels were different widths, so he accidentally installed one of the tires on the incorrect wheel. Luckily he realized his error before sending me on my way. Im guessing they dont see many sports cars.

Had 2 different vehicles attended to and great service, reasonable price for both. Had dealings with both Gary and Julian and they did outstanding, the mechanics had me in and out within the time frame given. Here are things you might or might not care about. Price for new tires comparable to NTB and Tire warehouse but got real Firestone tires, not some off brand mystery tire. Shop and waiting area very clean, no cuss words or uncomfortable Bikini pictures on the wall. Professional smiling faces, great experience.

Clean store, though the service is a bit slow. They really are bad about trying to upcharge your work. For instance, Im sitting next to a woman who came in for a 200$ tire job and got hard sold for about 20 minutes into an almost 700$ bill. They attempted to sell me new tires when mine are barely over a year old, with great tread. Good prices for oil changes especially with a coupon, just be on guard.
