I was in for a inspection sticker last Thursday and spoke to Keith he was so very helpful. My daughters car was showing error codes for a couple of items. He was thorough in explaining exactly what we needed to do to make the car pass inspection. I drove it several miles to clear the codes and took it back 3 times and the reading would not change. He assisted me with his team to help resolve this error code and took their time to assist me to get my daughter back on the road. He was awesome helping us with our cars issues. I would highly recommend Shell Rapid Lube for any problem with our cars in the future.

I came here to get an oil change & tire rotation after calling numerous other places for prices & quote times. When I arrived, they told me it would take about 25 minutes which was great news because NTB told me I would have to drop my car off & pick it up 3 hours later! So I went to Shell & it was so fast. They even did my inspection for me & gave my car a free vacuum & gave me $5 off at checkout!!! I would highly recommend! They are very nice & have great customer service. & the best part is that I can trust them with my car!! I will definitely be returning!!

When they say "Rapid" they are not kidding. At least 4 young men attack your vehicle and it takes 5-10 minutes for a Full Service. I wouldnt go anywhere else for an oil change or other service. I also change my own filters, but they dont charge 30 bucks for an air filter change like a dealer does, they charge about 1 or 2 dollars more than what the retail price would be for the filter. Very fair.

AMAZINGLY fast service! First time here and I needed a state inspection. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes (no other cars in bays). And yes they did the inspection correctly because I saw them driving it around (lights, blinkers, horn, etc.) as well as hook it up to the machine. Likely coming here for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

Literally, THE fastest place ive been to get an oil change. Multiple people worked on my car at once and they even cleaned out the car?! blown away about how easy and nice the experience was.PLUS, no haggling for extra things, not needed, as I normally experience going to get an oil change by myself. I will be going here from here on out.

Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I have been coming here off and on for years, primarily for oil changes and inspections, and have not had any issues. They are not pushy and don’t try to up-sell you on services, but they do inform you if they find an issue that should be addressed.

I have used this place twice in the past 2 months, for both my diesel & gas vehicles, and both times have exceeded my expectations for oil changes & inspections. Not to mention, a good/knowledgeable staff. If you arent using them...you dont know what you are missing.

Told them when I arrived that I only wanted oil and oil filter change. They performed FULL service and tried to charge me extra. Not happy with the bait and switch tactics.
