I have a 99 model Yukon. My husband took it for an inspection. The man got in it... Did the "break test" and told my husband it would fail because it didnt stop quick enough he mad him take my husband for a ride and he was hardly pushing the break peddle so he took it to brake check right across the street and they said its fine that it stops like a 99 should and it has 50% pad left. Im sorry i dont own a 2016 vehicle. Also, there was an older gentlemen sitting in the waiting area and they came out to ask HIM how much oil his vehicle takes. How do you expect to do oil changes and not know how much oil a vehicle takes?! Jiffy lube... Get some people in there with some experience before they tear up someones vehicle! I will NEVER take one of my vehicles there again!

I stopped on for an oil change and the fellas were pleasant and super helpful. They pointed out some defective and potentially hazardous work that had been done by another shop I had gone to previously. They fixed the issue, no problem. They were upfront about the work they did, as well as some work that could use done. They showed me what was wrong with the parts and explained the problem without talking to me like a stupid girl who drives a big car. I grew up in a house if mechanics so I am far from dumb when it comes to car talk. I appreciated the way they did business with me today and have earned my trust for future work. Thanks, guys! Ill be back!

May 31, 2017: Supposed "oil change" completed by Deaven G. July 24, 2017: Maintenance light is on. Reputable mechanic checks oil and shows me that the oil looks very old and it is very low. After a real oil change, he tells me that there were only 2 quarts of oil, and the motor would have burned up if the car had been driven more. My regular mechanic who is very trustworthy stated that Jiffy Lube did NOT change the oil but charged for it anyway. (No, the car doesnt leak oil.) (No, the mileage did not require an oil change.)

Went to get my oil changed and fluids checked this morning around 8:00am I was out by 8:30. The staff was informative, helpful, and courteous. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need or want or try to pressure me into paying for any more than I needed which I think is wonderful because Ive had people try to take advantage of the fact Im a woman who knows little about cars. It was quick and the waiting area was tidy and comfortable. I will be returning for my next change!

Great service. They treat their customers very well and are polite when they speak to you about any problems with your vehicle. Ive been going to this location for years for my inspection. Bobby usually helps me and gets the job done right in a timely manner. The place is very tidy too. While waiting I constantly see the staff members sweeping the floor after each car and making sure each area was sprayed off where they might have put there hands and got it dirty.

I think it is understood that you should expect a wait at any vehicle service center. This was not as painful as some have described. The guys were very helpful, informative AND Bobby offered me an awesome discount. I needed my differential fluid replaced and it cost 1/3 of what it would have cost me at my dealership. I will be coming back here when its time for the oil change. Thanks guys!

Horrible. I went in just for my inspection and right in the middle of them doing that some random guy walks in there. The techs completely stop what they are doing and have a 10 min chat with this guy. Some people are on a time schedule. They are not professional either using constant profanity. Never coming back here.

Great service and friendly staff. Even with many other people there, they were still quick. These people are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. My only small gripe would be all I needed was an oil change and they were trying to sell me on extras.

This store is rude and and they try to sell you stuff that you dont need the manager leaves the store for a while and just sits in his car and the lobby is really dirty
