Had my girlfriend go here to check on one of her new Firestone tires because it was leaking air. They claimed nothing was wrong with the tire and replaced the donut on the car with the actual tire. (the compromised tire) 12 hours later the tire was flat and she was yet again stranded. Thankfully the tire wasnt so compromised to have her have a blow out and kill someone or herself in an accident. Upon going to Walmart, of all places, they were able to determine the tire could not be patched and was replaced. Firestone did not do their job... Apparently all they can do is the same thing as someone who knows how to change their own oil. So complete auto care in the name is a complete and utter farce. Lastly of the 8 reviews at this current point and time, 4 are a 1 star, how is the average 4/5 stars.... Last update... Firestone claimed an oil leak that would cost xxx dollars to fix where as the walmart techs who clearly know better, mentioned nothing...

Just got HORRIBLE service at the Firestone on fort crook. All my husband wanted was new wheels put on his tires. A simple job that should only take an hour or 2 at tops. Well when my husband asked if they were ok with doing it (bc its a Lexus and some car places dont like working on them) the guy literally looked at my husband and said "I can but it will a pain in the ass and I really dont feel like it"... We left the car anyways and they said they were gonna do it.... Not even 5 minutes after we leave they call and tell us to come back and basically they started it and thought it was too hard and dont wanna do it. Keep in mind this is a simple job my husband could do himself its just easier to go somewhere to get it done. We will never be back to this Firestone!!! (Also we called the Firestone in papillion, where we go usually, and they have no problem doing it for us. We should have just stuck to where we normally go)

Customer service was amazing on the phone and in-store! I had been having issues with my vehicle over the past few days and it has been causing many headaches and the cost was adding up. However, when entering the store, Jorge gave a warm welcome and I was able to take my mind off of the car. He went above and beyond and ensured that I had my car fixed and were happy with their service. Additionally, he gave more pointers with the vehicle and let me know that we could call him with any additional questions. Keep in mind that I came in late, but he still had a parts store bring the proper battery to ensure I had a reliable car when I left. Thanks Jorge!

I would not suggest a Firestone to anyone ever, but I especially wouldnt suggest this one. First of all, the 90 year old store manager is not only rude and arrogant, but completely unprofessional. Second, they overcharged me $40 dollars from what they said they were charging me to tell me my car wouldnt start--I already knew this, thus why I took it in. They then told me that it would cost $1000 to fix the problems. I got quotes from other shops afterward and the highest I got was $700. Finally, I took it in to one of those other shops, they got my car running, and turns out that the parts Firestone wanted to fix werent in need of any fixing.

Saturday night, I got a nail in one of my tires. After a quick research, I found that the only place open on Sundays was Firestone. So I headed over there the next day to get the tire patched. It was extremely quick service and the guy at the front desk was very friendly. In and out in under 30 minutes with the nail removed, and tire patched. Went to pay and the card reader wasnt working for some reason, so the guy waived my $20 fee so that I wouldnt have to wait hours for the IT guys to come and fix it. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely go back in the future if ever need be.

Dependable. I trust them and Ive never had an issue with their services. They havent tried to juice me or cheat me like that POS at Offutt firestone. I spend time in the waiting area, by choice, waiting, watching and listening. Ive seen & heard transactions with many customers and phone calls while drinking up their free coffee & WiFi. Ive never heard, seen or experienced anything suspicious, inflated, false or misleading by anyone here. Maybe Im just lucky or maybe other reviews are biased but Ive only been using them for 10-1/2 years and fair is fair. Ill be going back.

I took my car in to balance and rotate my tires and left with a quote for over $1000 worth of services. I knew they were overcharging so I went to Jensen on Galvin Road to get two tires (one part of my giant quote) and I was told that my tires were fine...... and also that they looked at my car and the only thing they saw that could use some attention was the front struts (firestone quoted all 4 struts). Dont go to firestone.... save yourself a ton of money and a headache.

I got a flat and quickly call the store approximately an hour before close. They had the tire size in stock. I rolled in and was friendly greeted considering it was near the end of the day. Unpon leaving, I check the trunk expecting the donut to just be tossed in; however to my surprise, it was neatly put back in the little storage area. I was thankful I didnt have to put it away. Thanks guys for the great service!

Had a wall of my tire tear on a nasty pot hole at 6:40pm on a Saturday. Firestone took me at 6:50 and had it changed in 20 minutes for a very reasonable rate! Cant speak to much else but they earned my business after helping me in a pinch when no one else was open!

went to get a oil change here and they didnt even put oil in my car let alone change any filters horrible place to take your vehicle wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Been here a few times before. They fixed my car which is the most important thing, but the waiting area wasnt clean and has probably a small 8 inch tv.
