Better than one person can realize. I started a repair relationship (Audi S4 B7) with Jim at one former place he was in charge of managing and followed him over here when he began his own personal facility. He was the most professional, communicative and kind hearted gentlemen at the previous shop he ran and when he left it showed such a decline in customer service from the owner trying to handle it. The other shop did great work but had poor sloppy routines, inadequate customer service and high turnover rates of employees. To this day I still never received a receipt from them...lol. So, after concluding my business with the former location; I decided to give Jim a shot directly at his new location and could not be pleased more. Unbelievable "Concierge" Service. After meeting Jim and having dialogue about the type of personal and maintenance service our family desired, it was an easy decision to begin our business (auto repair) relationship. Pricing was discussed and agreed to be fair for labor, parts and lead time to complete the job on our 911 Porsche Carrera S . . . including transportation back to our home and delivery of our vehicle after the service was completed. Fairly new shop, but outstanding customer service and quality of work. Their prices are unbelievably fair and working with Nathan and Jim is a true pleasure. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion and needed to get control arms, CV axle and front brakes. Nathan had the car in and out in one day and it drives better than new. The people here are fair, honest and wont makeup work or excuses to make a buck. The aspect that I feel sets them apart is this: their goal is to repair vehicles and gain customers. No tricks. I will most definitely be bringing my cars here from now on. I feel like a part of the family here.

I highly recommend Concierge. They do great work at very reasonable prices. I was using Auto Care for repairs but found that Concierge do excellent work and offer a longer warranty while still charging much less than Auto Care. As an example I needed some front end work done on my wifes Honda Odyssey. Auto Care wanted about $5000. Concierge auto did the work for $3000. And because I travel a lot Jim gave me his cell phone number so that we could call 24/7 in the event my wifes car breaks down while I am out of town. Cant ask for better customer service than that!

The only people who will EVER touch my BMWs, great pricing, excellent service, and both of my BMWs and my Silverado run like brand new after rolling out of their shop. They even bought me lunch while giving me a free shuttle ride home and even delivered my vehicle back to my home. I will definitely be a customer for life, Im very meticulous about my vehicles and service, and these guys exceeded my standards. They went above and beyond to help me with rides back and forth to work on the car and deivered it to my house. They are fair on price and their technical knowledge of complicated cars is great.
