This is a real review....FedEx Home Delivery is no good whatsoever, this is the second Saturday they didnt even try to deliver, but they noted that they tried to deliver but in truth, they didnt even come to the door, at said delivery, I was outside sitting in my chair drinking a soda before and after the time delivered noted in their tracking waiting for this dilivery, not even an attempt to deliver is what really happened. If I could give less than 1 star I would, bare in mind this is the second time on a Saturday they have done this to me, I dont recommend using FedEx Home Delivery to anyone. PS. any review giving them more than 1 star is more than likely a fake review by an employee of FedEx Home Delivery, not to be confused with FedEx Express, FedEx Home is a part of their ground services.

Delivery driver Byron Caldwell made two deliveries to my home in Crosby over the last two days. Mr. Caldwell went out of his way to ensure I received the packages. Since I do not reside in a subdivision, this required him to walk a considerable distance to my door when other delivery services just leave the packages at the gate. I really appreciate his professionalism.
