There is no zero star option. I bought a package from Dicks Sporting Goods. I called UPS and told them not to deliver, but to hold the package (packages are often stolen off my front porch) and I would pick it up. They confirmed that they would do so. They then proceeded to deliver the package. As it turns out, the contents were stolen (with the shredded package left on my doorstep). I called them to try to rectify the problem They told me they would do an investigation. Over a week later I heard nothing. I called again and they told me that they had classified the package as "damaged" and handed the claim back to Dicks. So in short, UPS lied, tried to cover up their mistake, and tried to make Dicks pay for it. The told me I had to contact Dicks to get more information. I called Dicks to figure out what was going on there - and they had not received any information from UPS. I explained the situation to them, and even though it wasnt their fault (and I made this clear) they told me they were going to ship out another package. UPS messed up by delivering my package after confirming they wouldnt, and then made another company pay for their ineptitude.

I Paid for two day delivery, and that never happened. Received an update that my shipment would be delivered by end of day on 12/02/2016 and that never happened. Then I received another update saying the following "The receiving business was closed at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made." When clearly I had been patiently waiting for my shipment, and nobody EVER made an attempt to deliver. I have cameras that show the time the driver claims he/she attempted to deliver, and the cameras show NOBODY. I called UPS customer service to report it, and was told someone would call me within an hour, nobody called. I called again to make it urgent, and was told someone for sure would call me, and again nothing! I called this morning, and was told someone said they "Tried Calling me" ha!! And of course that never happened either! I was hoping to have my shipment by yesterday, although in reality it was supposed to have been delivered on 12/01/2016,since the package contains a dress I was planning to wear this weekend for my birthday, Thanks A lot UPS for ruining it all up for me!

I have been there twice to send a package. First time was uneventful. Second time 12/12/14 I showed up with only one guy ahead of me. He was trying to pick up a package and NOT having a good experience. The girl behind the counter seemed a little clueless. The computers were apparently locking up. Eventually a guy came out to help, but it didn’t get much better. I needed a box and she had to go into the back to get it. Why don’t they keep boxes out front??? First time I was there, it was the same. They constantly go into the back looking for things. I got a box eventually, but needed more packing material and by this time was being ignored. In the meantime, there was a line of at least six despondent people behind me. I had enough. Took my stuff and left. On my way back to Corpus stopped at a Postnet in Portland and was in and out in 5 minutes. I think I am done with UPS customer centers... at least that one.

UPS attempted to deliver a package and I wasnt home so they left me the little yellow slip stating they needed a signature. I flipped it over signed and printed my name and placed it back on the gate. I am a working person as most of us are and am not frequently home at 1:30 in the afternoon. The following day I actually was home and another attempt was made whereas they left yet another slip stating they needed a signature. What??? Did they not even bother to knock or accept my signature. I finally called the store and they said they needed a person to sign in front of them in order for delivery. Would have been nice to know this. I mean why bother to put all those instructions on the back fro signatures if they wont accept them. I have to drive half way across town to pick up a package that should have been in my hands days ago. I will NEVER send or arrange for for delivery of another thing via UPS

My favorite clothing company uses UPS....UNFORTUNATELY...I ordered a package with 3-5 day shipping which contained two dresses, on to wear to my graduation and another to my sisters graduation. Thank God I ordered them well in advance because they came two weeks late. After several calls, back and forth between UPS and the clothing company, I finally received my package. Basically the clothing company shipped my items, but UPS lost them and kept saying that the clothing company never shipped the items to the UPS warehouse. Eventually the clothing company re-shipped my order out of kindness!!! Get this, so about a week later, I got the initial lost package from UPS. Torn and weathered, which is why I concluded that UPS lost the first package or I wouldnt have ended up with two exact orders!

I keep having the UPS drivers putting boxes on my cars first on my sons mustang then on my Hummer, theyve opened packages and re taped them after theyve removed what they want from my packages, theyve broken cables in my yard and nothing gets done I have complained and gave several names of workers who take the he complaints down but still nothing I actually would have given no stars but in order to write a review I have to give them at least one which they dont deserve, Im pretty sure they wouldnt want me putting any boxes on their car and scratching up their cars, but Im tired of them I mean where do they hire these people from they need to start charging the drivers for all the damages they do to peoples things and I bet theyll be more careful

UPS sucks!!!!! I get deliveries just about every day, or Im supposed to at least, but instead I get the "attempted to deliver" bs message all the time usually around 7-8pm and I was home and or outside when this attempt supposedly happens, when in actuality its called never even came by, but scanned it to input that and didnt have to do my job!! Ive filed 20+ complaints over 2 years and they always tell me the same crap and never do anything about it. I cannot understand how people can just not do their jobs and its ok but us as the customers are stuck because some places only offer ups as a delivery option, and if I wanted it shipped to my local store so I can just pick it up they want to charge me more!!!! Seriously 0 stars would be better!!

Ive been waiting at my office since 8:30 am for a Saturday delivery. Office building with security at the front desk in the lobby 24/7. Front desk knew I was here expecting UPS. At 11:15, tracking changes to attempted delivery, business closed. Tried customer service, nothing they can do until Monday. I can guarantee the driver never came to our building to even attempt delivery. No notice, Security has not seen UPS today at all...... Dont waste your time or money on UPS Saturday delivery. They evidently dont even attempt. No accountability for the drivers. Customer service just kept repeating that the driver attempted delivery. Hmmmm, no attempt was made at this address. USE FEDEX!!!
