One star is the lowest I could give and still post. Not sure who the driver is in my area but they are either stupid, lazy or a lier. Had a package to be delivered on the 12th , they said no one was home so it was rescheduled for the 15th. Now they say they cant find the address. How can you say on one day no one was home, then say you cant find the address on another. Then I call the terminal and the package wasnt even placed on the truck, it was taken off. This is beyond stupid!

Im truly pissed off everytime I order something and fedex is supposed to bring it it always gets lost i need my package and its nowhere to be found i have called and got no answer and ive called 4 times where is the customer service yall use to be so much better than what yall are right now

Had a package overnighted for pickup next morning. They gave it to someone else and told me the person was going to bring it back "sometime this afternoon". My crew has no option but to sit and wait all day till this other person comes to get their correct package.
