Es el peor Lugar de envios esperaba un paquete y nunca me llamaron para decirme q lo fuera a recoger y lo enviaron de regreso. Perdi mi pedido por empleados irresponsables que llaman solo para decir q an enviado mi paquete de regreso y no para que lo fuera a recoger.

Worst Fed Ex ever!!! Line long, 14 people deep. 1 Fed Ex employee helping another customer with customized stationary, or cards or something! At this time of the year, and at that time of the day it is necessary to have 2 or more employees working...or at least apologize for the delay or something. Folks left out of line to take their business elsewhere.

Came in and had to wait for 20 minutes to send a package. Wanted to buy an item and the worker told me I had to wait for someone was available to ring me up cause she had close her register. There was 5-6 people in the line and she expected me to wait again for a small item. Thats poor customer service.

Stoped by at 8 am after I emailed in my 3 prints which are 24"x36". Only one employee working printer ran out of ink, and its now 8:56 am and I still do not have my prints. Manager is on property but was informed she could not help customers. I would not recommend this Fedex.

I cant say enough about Gerra! I spoke to her on Friday morning and sent a training manual to her to be printed, laminated, and bound. She was DELIGHTFUL to speak to and had the manuals finished within a couple of hours. They were EXACTLY what I wanted. Thanks, Gerra!

This is the best FedEx I have ever been to! All the employees are super helpful, they get my job done quickly, and they are very generous and kind. The manager, Sarah, is an absolute delight and Jaron is always ready to go above and beyond! Great staff and great service!

Nice location and hours, but poor customer service. Im there about once a week, they dont really pay attention to you, always talking to each other (only half about work) or on (personal) phones. Little eye contact, not warm or friendly, more minimalist effective.

Went in on a Monday to ship off a Xbox one to be repaired and I received the worst service ever!!!!! The person who was there at the register to assist me must have came into work on her day off! I just want to remind people that you get what you dish out!!!!!
