I had a horrible experience at this location and will NEVER return to this particular UPS store again because of it. The manager was VERY rude to me and certainly doesnt know how to properly treat his customers. Long story short- I paid to ship my parcel. After seeing the price on the receipt it, I realized that I had chosen the wrong shipping method and definitely over-paid because I knew there was a cheaper way to ship it. So, I asked to switch & he told me "No, you cant do that." I asked why and he said "thats your fault and your mistake, I cant change it." Confused and a little shocked, I politely asked for a refund and for my things back, and he (rudely) said "No, thats what you chose, I cant change it." Irritated, I told him I would never be back to do business here again & the managers response was, "GOOD!" Not only was he the rudest manager that I have ever encountered, but he also definitely does NOT value his customers! So, needless to say, thats the first and LAST time I will use that location.

I love this place and will continue to go. I think the owner is an older fellow and while EXTREMELY sweet, I think he is not very technologically inclined. Make sure you are direct and know what you want, but all in all this place is well priced and has a homey feel.

EVERY time I use this location I am 100% pleased with the representatives. Nice, friendly and Ive never had any problems with my packages.
