So I saw an ad for driver helper and thought it would be fun to work for ups. Comes the day they need me and had me meet at my local Target store. I waited for over an hour for the driver to show up. Called ups about 3 times! 11 minutes waiting for the driver I call the Manger Kelly I believe, I told her my driver hasnt showed or called! She said thanks for calling Ill message a driver to come get you. 20 more minutes pass by so I called again and said the driver still isnt here and she goes "he isnt there yet and hasnt called? Im thinking no sh## why would I call you? I asked if I should just go home and if Im stilling working today? She said, "just stay there I planned for you to work today. Ill give you a call." So I wait for an hour and half now. Im thinking F this and F ups! Im not waiting here any longer! I get no calls that same day. Was expecting an apology for their incompetence. A few days later they want to call me to come in to work as if nothing happened. I ignore their calls and listen to the voice mails of how desperate they are for the busy season. They can F off those bell ends!

There is no customer service, and they, by all legal definitions, tried to extort me to get my iPhone 7. So basically they would only deliver during work hours. For me, to take off costs about $150. They could not guarantee what time the phone would come, only that it had to be sometime between 12-3. If they try to deliver 3 times and cannot, they send it back to sprint. I called to see if a time could be arranged, I was told (by John) that was not possible unless I upgraded my service. Thats extortion. I will not use ups again and will avoid any online service that uses them.

These people are the most imcompetent fools I have ever dealt with in my life. Thats saying a lot considering I have worked for the US government in the past. They refused to allow me to pick up my package, lied and said they tried to deliver it to me when i was sitting 2 feet from my front door. It took me 3 hours on the phone with the sender and UPS to get them to allow me to pick up the package myself from the UPS store. Never again will i deal with UPS. They are a bunch of spoiled & entitled bitches who cant do anything correct.

Got a notification that my to-be-picked-up-at-facility package had arrived a day early, so I called customer center to ask if I could pick it up a day early, and got transferred around because none of the operators on call spoke English. I asked if Id get a notification at some point to indicate when it was ready for pickup during that day, and they didnt understand, said "Thank you sir," and they hung up. For a "customer center", its surprising they dont have anyone on staff that can talk to customers.

Very unsatisfied with UPS delivery. This is something that seems to happen almost every time and only with UPS. They always say my address is wrong and cant deliver. I spend a week chasing this package down. Ends up when the driver tells me I dont know the correct address on my house. I tell them on the phone. "Stop you truck because the are right in front of my house and say, See the Green house and the person standing in the yard." I cant stop companies from using UPS but I wont.

This is about the UPS system, not this particular center. Had to wait ALL day for a package - I was not home at 5:45 pm when they finally tried to deliver. They left a Notice saying I had to stay home the whole NEXT day for delivery. When I called 800 number to arrange my picking it up, I found out AFTERWARDS I had to go to ONE specific location - 25 miles away! Now, to change back to delivery, would cost me $6.00! Awful.

Im not sure why others complain about the company for a specific location and rate poorly but the customer service here is excellent. The gentleman felt it was pointless to charge me for a bag for shipping when I realized I lost mine, and unlike other places where Ive been charged for tape, here he handed it over willingly and took care of everything promptly and professionally. Fantastic service!

Ok, I understand weve had very bad weather the last few days. UPS is now 3 days behind on deliveries. The roads are currently clear and I still dont have my packages. Fedex is up and running and UPS trucks are apparently still parked. The customer service center is an absolute waste of time and breath. From now on, all of my business will be done with Fedex!

We were having trouble receiving a very important package to our business. We had been closed so obtaining the package was impossible. It had been sent back once. When it was resent the customer service representative came in early to make sure he got it off the truck to hold it for us. Above and beyond. You dont see service like this. Thank you!

I would not recommend working there. They tell you they will give you $80 per week if you are not a minute late. And after a month. You will see it on your check. Well I been there for 6 weeks and still no Bonus money for not coming in late. Do not fall for there Lies!!!!!

tried getting over night and the next morning was told i could pick it up at the store 40 mins away or wait 4 days for it to be dropped off. biggest waste of money and time. everyone put me on hold never once said sorry for anything. never using UPS in Kansas City Kansas again.

I had a heavy box to carry to my car. The man at the desk offered to carry it for me, but I declined thinking I could handle it. When a UPS driver saw me struggling at my car, he got out of his truck and helped me. Very nice people, excellent service.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! If you reside in the KC-MO/KS area.. Use FedEx or USPS.. Dont bother with these clowns and their incompetence. When mistakes occur, theyll tell you it was your fault. Not worth the trouble. Shame on you, UPS!!

Same people working counter for the past 30 years. This is a very busy UPS hub that happens to take packages directly. Save money. By pass the UPS stores and drop off your packages directly. These guys rock.

Quick and easy pickup. Drive up, walk in, give them your slip, pick up your package (Note: you must call the 1-800 UPS number and ask them to take it off the truck and leave it there for pickup).

I my laptop to get fixed in Kentucky they got it back fast but, the three attempts were all in the morning. (when I am not home) and I had to drive 38 miles to pick it up.
