The lady that answered was completely rude from the start. When I called to ask a mailing question..they hung up in me. Called again and verified I had the correct pack & mail. Asked if the rates were the same as the post office for a letter envelope but she continued answering in a rude manner. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business, if this is the type of staff they have. I understand if she was having a bad day but everyone does. There is no escuse for that behavior though. Sorry not even one star is deserved.

The hours on the website says they open at 8 but when I arrived at 8:30 they were not open! Several people pulled up and left cause nobody was there!

Call before you go. They arent always open as advertised. Good service if someone is there.
