Unfortunately this seems to be a lose-lose situation. I needed to have a piece of medical equipment sent to my 73 year old father who was traveling and would be at a given town the next day at 12pm. At 8:30 am I paid $88.19 for next day early delivery by 10am. Checking UPS tracking shows: Scheduled Delivery: Tuesday, 02/28/2017, by 10:00 A.M. Last Location: Houston, TX, United States, Tuesday, 02/28/2017 02/27/2017 7:30 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS 02/28/2017 5:27 A.M. Origin Scan Houston, TX, United States 02/28/2017 8:19 A.M. Out For Delivery Kind of hard to get to a place about 4 hours drive out by 10am if it leaves Houston at 8:19 A.M. For the most part UPS has not delivered as of 3:39pm on 02/28. My father does not have it. He will be leaving before it arrives. I am sure this store can do nothing to change the outcome. This store will get a bad review. UPS will lose trust from customers. I am out the money spent. Quite the lose-lose.

Went to this UPS store last minute to ship a package to Australia. The staff was extremely helpful and were very patient seeing as they had to spend over an hour with me itemizing everything in my package per customs regulations. They were very thorough and their prices were very reasonable, i walked out of there paying less than i thought i would for this type of shipment and i will be a returning customer. They are fairly new but i was told they would have a fingerprinting service hopefully set up in the near future and i believe they do notary services among other things as well. Family owned business and friendly!

Wow! What an amazing store! The staff is amazing. I was trying to carry in 3 packages, an employee (named Abel) saw me trying to balance my packages and quickly came to help me before I even got to the door. He even helped me carry the rest of my packages from my car. Amazing service and awesome employees. The store is neat and organized. The owners seemed super involved and greeted me with a warm smile. #BestUPSstoreever

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! After waiting on the employee to finish a personal call I am told that I must pay an unadvertised fee of $1 for a strip of tape to seal my box with a pre-paid return label. I have visited several UPS stores and this location is the only one to mention $1 tape fee. Hell even USPS will give you free tape if its in their box. I will not be back and will encourage others to AVOID this location.

Inconvenient Sat hours & petty charges. The only UPS Ive been to that actually charges you to tape closed a drop off package. $1. I spend hundreds of dollars at UPS, and they hit me with a fee for 15" of tape. I will never use this UPS again. The Kingwood UPS is much better.

Quick and professional. Also, to Stephen Porter review, United Airlines offers expedited service called "Quick Pack" for which it is truly "the fastest" way to deliver airport-to-airport. It might of been an option for you.

Absolute waste of time, went to the store to drop something off and no one was at the counter for the 15 mins i had waited, so I just left. Would rather drive a little further to get good service.
