MTheir is not an option for ZERO stars!! Describe my experience??? One Word HORRIBLE! Their is so much LACK of Knowledge of Customer Service!! I ask a question they literally say " i dont know". The moment i walked in the store...after going up and down to the Humble UPS... The lady gave me BAD looks!! I had already bought a box because they literraly forced me to. She is giving bad remarks and nasty facial expressions since the moment i walked in! I dont need theyre attitude!! I expect great customer service if i pay 65$ to ship! If she is having a BAD day she SHOULD NOT work there! I personaly think she was being RACIST since i was shipping to Mexico! My shipment BETTER arrive peacefully or else!

So far no good for printing services! My prints were blown out, horrible color. Half of them were chopped at the top and half were upside down on the back. The lady that worked on them said they had problems with the file but no one ever contacted me for a different file format. Every time I go in a manager is not available or Im supposed to contact who I ordered them through?!? I ordered on the UPS website! Absolutely unacceptable. Waiting on a manager to contact me to rectify the situation.

$0.60 at Fed Ex to print from a thumb drive; $5.60 at this UPS store because their antiquated copiers do not accept thumb drives -- so they charge you an extra $5.00 to insert the thumb drive onto a computer that communicates with their antiquated printers. So choice is $0.60 at Fed Ex or $5.60 at this UPS store -- easy choice.

This place is a franchise location that way over charges for computer and fax services...the same service you get for free almost everywhere else, and all with a really bad attitude,... Will never return.

This is my Post Office now & has been for at least 2 yrs. I wouldnt think of going into the official KW Post Office.
