This was the WORST shipping experience of my life. The delivery driver completely ignored my request to deliver after a certain time, this request was written ON THE BOX. In addition I requested that the driver call after delivery. I made this request to this station, to FedEx customer service, AND I wrote a note on the door that could not be missed. The delivery driver failed to do so. It took me over a month to receive my package, with them constantly threatening to give it back to the sender if I didnt personally come pick it up. The package is large, too large to fit in my vehicle, and it is heavy. This is why I paid extra for delivery to the home and a scheduled delivery. What I paid for was a "scheduled delivery with items placed in the home and removal of packing materials". What I got was a damaged box dumped on my doorstep and no notifications at all. I will never EVER use FedEx again. But I especially wont use anything that goes through this station. Im half considering moving just to avoid the remote possibility of having to deal with this again.

Absolute horrible shipping experience. I have been waiting around all morning waiting for my package to arrive as promised. Look online for an update and see that they tried to deliver and no one was home. I have been by the front door since 630 this morning. I have no sticker on the door saying they attempted to deliver. There was no one that tried to deliver a package. My doorbell records all movement on my front patio and sends a notification via the security box as well as my phone. No due to the holiday, I have to wait until Wednesday to receive my package. So now the expensive piece of equipment that I bought is going to be sitting in the heat for 3 days due to the laziness ad dishonesty of the driver. I called the 800 number and was placed on hold for 5+ minutes while he attempted to call the local shipping facility to try to get the driver to actually deliver the package. They didnt answer the phone For their own people calling them. This is why I usually try to get everything UPS. FedEx is a horrible service.

Seems like I am having the same problem that all the other reviewers are having! My office has been open all day and the Fedex update just showed "Customer not available or Business Closed". Uhm, we operate 24/7 and there is someone at the front desk ALL day with our business doors unlocked. I called customer service and they are unable to get in contact with the office so I could go and pick up my package. I NEED MY PACKAGE.

Absolute Worst I took off today to recieve my package..im literally sitting in the living room with the blinds open and i recieve an update that delivery will be re-attempted for next monday b/c Im not home and they give me my door tag number...yet my door doesnt have a door tag (Liars)...now ive been hung up on twice and on hold ....I just want the address and ill go pick it up myself......Talk about a worthless company

Fedex continues to be the worst shipping Ive dealt with in Houston. I took time off work to get a package that needed a signature. I waited all day and they never came. I called filed a complaint, and was told the driver would call me the following day - this did not happen. Yet again waiting another day. UPS always delivers on time or calls me with any issues, why cant Fedex hire better drivers?

same b.s. as the others. I had a box sent to me c.o.d the check was on my front door for over a week, they NEVER came, now I get a post card in my mail box saying I have to drive one hour round trip to get the box or they are going to send it back to the shipper. DONT USE FEDEX USE UPS!!

I hate giving bad feed back but something is just not working with fedex lies lies lies they never showed up to my apartment i even have cameras. same as other customers they said business was closed customer unavailable bla bla bla bla i will have to go pick up my package

Held package at facility when I asked not too. Finally got a driver to deliver. was three days late. Lost several prized coral due to this circumstances and other odd circumstances. Also calls from unknown numbers and leaves blank messages.

Checked my tracking number for an update, it said they would retry the following day! Seriously? I didnt hear a knock! Not even a note!? They probably just tried to drop it off at the apartment office, lazy people these days!
