Great business services, best customer service, always open 7 days a week. They have also honored almost every request from me (and others Ive seen come in past closing). I have been going there for years, and ever since the new owners have taken over 6 years ago, they have added a numerous number of services like business start ups, technology, accounting, Income tax, and real estate. Radha has always been helpful. I strongly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an all-in-one business service place. It is family owned, and everyone there is highly qualified and experienced, they are very knowledgeable, customer-centric and very service oriented. I heard they are planning to expand to different locations. Keep introducing new services! We need them, especially in this part of town. Radha and her husband Kumar and Noor keep up the good work! I admire your consistency, persisting, focused, caring, educating, and informative customer service every time i visit and I am going to recommend yall to everyone I know.

Really really awful place, very rude, held my mail for long time without forwarding it. Mail box service is horrible, they took copy of my Credit Cards, Insurance Card etc. Soon after I started receiving Junk mail and Calls. Never called or email when my mail box was expiring like they were suppose to. Owner is focused in her Other business rather than take care of the client in front of her. I would NEVER EVER recommend any one to this place. God bless you all.

I have been going to this Small Biz Center for a year. Every time i visit they serve quickly and accurately. One of reasons I only use this service is owners always greet customers with a huge smile. Kumar, Radha and Noor they have given great information about businesses as well. When i visit they are helpful for what i need of my notary, taxes,business cards.I really recommend this store to everyone for all their services.

The service here is great! They recently started printing custom t-shirts at this location and the quality is unbelievable. I plan on coming back to have some designs printed in addition to continuing my use of their mail services.

Really just awful. Theyve held up and lost valuable stuff of mine, and then acted surly about it, like it was my fault. The majority of the staff need firing. For their good and ours. owner is full of it .. David
