Horrible experience trying to get my package. Because of the issue, I requested a change to get delivered to a FedEx Office location -- it took the people in this warehouse over 12 hours to acknowledge that a change had been made in the delivery instructions. My package was originally supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. My current tracking shows the packages should have been delivered yesterday (Friday) but I will not be able to get my package until Monday (day after Mothers day). This whole experience has been horrible, including flat out wrong information being given out by FedEx reps. Based on my experience, dont use FedEx to ship things -- if you have issues (and Ive had several) they typically just dont seem to care about fixing your issue.

It seems my experience is exactly the same as others who have posted here. Driver has supposedly tried to deliver my pkg for three days but cant locate the address. Funny thing is, I received the delivery exception email this morning four minutes before the email arrived saying it was on the truck for delivery. Ive given very detailed delivery instructions that even a blind man could find. My gut tells me he just doesnt want to bother driving out to my neck of the woods. Whether its a subcontracted driver or FedEx employee, these drivers are giving the company a bad reputation. Ive emailed PetSmart corporate to let them know the situation and that maybe they should consider a different shipper and why. Too bad I cant leave less than one star.

My delivery driver is an incompetent lazy pile of garbage. Had both my gate and garage open while I waited for him to pull in to deliver my package. As I watched through the window, I noticed he was putting a door tag on my mailbox instead of pulling in driveway. I sprinted out but he hastily drove off, leaving me with nothing but a door tag with a box checked saying that resident was unavailable. This man did not even come up to my house or make the slightest attempt, and Im pretty sure he saw me as he sped off. What a freaking joke. Yall need to hire some competent drivers. Definitely will try to avoid using this pathetic excuse of a company in the future.

Wish i could give it Negative Stars, Every Dam Time i ship with Fed-ex Problems come up. This time was no different Package Was supposed to be here on Friday, Arrived Late, Put out for delivery for saturday, No knock No Door Bell, 45 mins after my kids went out and we saw the note there on the Door. Called Customer Service, First Rep Lied her Butt off told my wife the center would call in 2 hours. At the conclusion of 2 hours i called, to be told the center closed at 3pm, which online shows it closed at 5pm, and that they are closed on monday but this shows they are opened. Needless to say someone is going to have some majoring explaining come monday.

I have used FedEx for a while now. It has been good till when it mattered most. I was told it will arrive on Friday the 30th of June, 2017 (posted on Tuesday 27th June 2017) yet tracking tells me Monday the 3rd of July, 2017. Apparently I had not been told i was been given FedEx Ground or even mode of transporting after i emphatically reiterated how urgent and time conscious it was because of the contents. Now the Receiver leaves the country on Monday Morning what is the point........ Work on Information exposition to your clients to be able to meet their SPECIFIC needs when they are brought to you. Don"t take too much delight in Apologies.

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and didnt realize it had certain"signature restrictions". So I called FedEx, they said they couldnt do anything with it unless the shipper consented. So....I called the shipper and they said I had to wait another day, receive a door tag and then follow the instructions on it. Not being satisfied with that answer I called FedEx and found out where it was being held and low and behold, I got told the WRONG hours!!! I was deeply disappointed with this whole process.

This place is terrible. The driver said twice he came to my house which is a lie. I have been waiting all day and I know he didnt because he didnt even leave a door tag. I checked the address and its correct. How can you not show up to the right address with GPS. I called FedEx twice to fix this issue and they still cant get it to my home. Then when I ask for this places specific number they cant give it out. I know why because people would be calling getting on their asses.. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible delivery driver. Cant manage to deliver my package (which does not require a signature). Tracking states there have been two delivery attempts and business is closed (Im a residence location). They havent even left a door tag, which leads me to believe there havent been any actual attempts. I contacted fed ex with specific instruction and still no package. Now I have to make a trip to their distribution location to pickup my package.

FIRST PACKAGE DELIVERD. NO PACKAGE. DRIVER SAID HE DIDNT GET A SIGNITURE . ONE WAS REQUIRED. PACKAGE CAME UP MISSING AFTER HE PLACED IT OUTSIDE MY FRONT GATE. MADE A CLAIM AND THE SHIPPER SENT ANOTHER PACKAGE. I PUT A GAME CAMERA AT DRIVE WAY. NEXT DELIVERY HE WAITED ABOUT 20 SECONDS, WROTE A NONDELIVERY SLIP AND PUT ON THE GROUND. I WAS AT HOME.I DID NOT HEAR ANY AUDIABLE SOUND TO ALERT ME HE WAS THERE. UPS UPS UPS ALL THE WAY

I have been waiting since Friday on my package that the operator claims kept being put on the wrong truck!! I have a business to run and this holding me up from handling the tasks I need to do. I would have NEVER had this issue with UPS or USPS.... Now I have to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get something I should have had the next day after I ordered it!!!!! Very frustrating..... If I could give 1/2 a star I would!!!!!

Dropped off a package pre paid freight and they said it would go out. 1 Day later I find out they cannot find it and it was never scanned. Customer Service doesnt even have a number to call this facility and cannot assist. They suggested perhaps I could return to the facility and look for it. Are you kidding me? What a joke. I cannot ship pre paid freight without a fed ex number. Been there before and got double charged.

If you have to go to FedEx to pick up a package,you will be pleased with this location.... its new and very clean. You must give your tracking number at the front gate through an intercom before they let you in. Also remember to bring your I.D. Everyone was very helpful.

Abysmal Customer service. If this is the face of FedEx they should really hire a third party to revamp this operation. Talk to 3 different people, get 3 different answers. Rude. Attitudes. Definitely not concerned at all about their customers.

#FedEx , So your drivers give customers aprox. 30-45 seconds to get to the door before they take off with my signature required package? I took off work and waited all day for this. Next time I will come to the door totally naked.

really bad experience...no door knock , they dont even bother dropping the package at front office . And i been wasting days waiting for my package that keep getting postponed cuz stupid drive dnt bother knocking or anything...
