The bottom line is ever since this establishment came under new ownership, it has gone into the toilet. I have never written a review for anything, and probably never will again. But I want to stress to anyone who is considering going to this place to NOT do it. The owner is a know it all, ego maniac. He has Zero customer service skills, doesnt care if your package(s) get lost, and told me I should have used the post office and not his place of business when packages I shipped from there never even found their way into the USPS tracking system. He even mocked me as he told me "I guess youre just out the 60 dollars" He does not care about you or your packages, he only wants your money. Use ANYONE else in the area, but do not waste your time with this place.

I would suggest the FedEx office, Brown Store, or Postal Annex on Rayford. The staff had a hard time using a copier! They also didnt try to take an extra steps. When I picked up a package 30 minutes later, thus canceling a shipping, the package didnt need to be shipped after all, they did not offer to credit me the priority postage. (Yes, it can be done if they know what they are doing.) The oldest guy seemed good, but everyone else, blah.

I have been a customer for a couple years now. They always have gone above and beyond to serve all my business needs. The staff is super friendley and I have routinely seen them being more than helpful with other customers, suggesting shipping alternatives to help save customers money. Kuddos to to ALL!

Avoid!!!! Turned down my DHL fully paid boxes and persuaded me to use his courier. Promised me 30% off if I used his courier, hence charged me almost 80% more than DHL. Eventually did not accept my DHL boxes because I stuck to using DHL service. Disgraceful service. Totally disgusting man! BEWARE!!!!!

Horrible service. He wanted me to use his own personal courier when I bought in my DHL packages. Did not accept my DHL boxes, even when it was paid for. Real exploiter! Avoid this shop and its logistics. Modern Day scam. Rude and arrogant man!
