Ive had quite a few items shipped through FedEx and this shipping center with minimal problems. However today wasnt the best experience. Im having a (relatively valuable) package 2-dayd to my work that is literally NEXT DOOR to the shipping center, but I understand drivers have a route to follow so Im not worried about it being the middle of the day when it gets delivered. Where I work we close for lunch around 1pm, so of course its during that time that the driver decides to deliver my package. Obviously we are closed but for some reason they didnt think it would have been a good idea to leave a note, go to a neighbor, or re-attempt later like they usually do. He/She thought it would be a good idea to give it to one of my works clients, sitting in his truck outside waiting for us to open back up. Now these people arent exactly upstanding citizens, and had I not found the package in this mans truck while working on it I can almost guarantee it would have been stolen and never to be seen again. Thankfully I had insurance with the seller but it would have sucked regardless. Needless to say Ill be picking up my packages from the facility from now on, since the drivers dont really think too hard about where to drop off their packages.

Chronic-incompetence. They do not follow directions on where to leave packages, if they even get them to my house. They leave them at the mailbox that is 1/2 a mile from my house by a busy road, they leave them halfway in a ditch rapidly filling with water, they go out of their way to not put them where I ask, I have been told to come get my package a few times when calling to see where my supposed overnight shipment is.. I have multiple open "cases" with Fedex with no desire to close them out or make right on their screw ups. I was told I can request a refund AFTER i recieve my "overnight" package. Which means I have to call back and get through the worst automated system on the planet and take more time out of day to get my $21 back, when she could just refund it there considering its past the time of promised delivery and they have stated it will be monday morning by noon before delivered. Starting to feel like the USPS. Urge your vendors to use UPS or any other carrier other than FEDEX or USPS obviously.

I paid for 2-day shipping & my package was suppose to be delivered by 8pm last night. The guy never shows up so I call customer service. This package has a very important part for my machine so o can continue to work. The lady had the nerve to tell me that he showed up at 7:44pm (which he didnt, I was home and outside on the phone with her come 8pm on the dot) and that because I didnt give special instructions on where I wanted him to leave the package he just left. The package DID NOT require a signature, and I receive a package from fedex or UPS once a week and they get left EVERYWHERE. I told her to make him turn around she tried to say he was already back at Conroe facility and home. Then her and her Customer Service supervisor, Jenny, decide to tell me the only way I can have my package this morning was by driving myself 40 minutes away to Conroe and pick it up. I will find a way to make sure that anyone I orde from uses UPS from now on. FedEx customer service is a joke

i paid $35.00 to have a package delivered from Houston,Tx. to Conroe,Tx. overnight by 10:30 am for a court document at 11:00 am i was told there was a problem at the airport at 1:00 pm I was told there was a proplem with icey streets this is south texas not a northern state we dont have to deal with ice & snow very unsatisfied with this type of service considering Houston is only 60 miles south of Conroe less than an 1 hour drive.

I dont like them at all. They came an dropped off a box at 11:30pm woke me my wife an my daughter up. Didnt know what was goin on. Then left. Woke up to find my daughters iPad sitting on the door step the next morning all wet from condensation................

Was expecting a package on Friday afternoon ended up picking it up on Saturday afternoon because they said my address was wrong and I get mail here all the time!!! Will not be using this fed ex again....
