if you ever have a billing issue....good luck! I just started my account and this is the very first billing. US Global Mail verifies all card accounts added for payment through a deposit verification process. That was done weeks ago. Now that we are ready to move, the first billing came back denied because of incorrect card number??? how was the deposit verification made? No big deal, right? I thought "Ill just call them and quickly fix this". However, after 20 frustrating minutes on the phone, they tell me that all they can do is remove the card and I can add and verify another one and then process payment in a few days after the account verifies. Didnt I already do that?? Seriously pathetic customer service. A customer calls with a billing issue being caused on your companys side, the customer still wants to process a payment, but is turned away and told to go fix it themselves?

I am recent convert from another mail forwarding company. The reason for moving was they were charging me a whole lot more $ than what I was being shown initially. Charges for photos, scanning, invoice removal etc.- you name it. I had initially signed up with them thinking they were cheaper. NOPE. I am paying about 20% less with you guys but just the way you guys respond to my requests and provide support alone is worth the switch. I am happy camper!
