Horrible una falta de respeto recibi unos documentos dañados y solicite hablar con la manager y me dejo hablando sola entro para su oficina y no atendio mi reclamacion. Esta agencia no es confiable perdi mi dinero y los documentos se dañaron en el trayecto. No deberian existir personas como estas en este pais. No le brindan ninguna atencion al cliente. Que experiencia tan horrible.

Horrible management! They should immediately replace the manager at this location. They seem to running their own ship and totally over look dhls protocol. They shut the doors to this business before 7pm. The are non helpful. Its as if the dont care about the bottom line of Dhl nor the business customers. Its just ran like a mom and pop shop. Sick to my stomach with this location. Go somewhere else is if you can.

I have been waiting for a delivery for two weeks. This company sent a few messages in diferent times telling me that they will be delivering to me and nobody came to my house. I could not go to work two consecutives days waiting for the package and they never arrived. I must to say this is not the first time I have had this experience with them. "Inefficient DHL company"

Losers. Bunch of lunatics trying to compete with real shipping companies. They didnt deliver my package when it was supposed to be. Asked me to come pick it up from their location and now here i am waiting for 4 hours for them to find my package. Go with someone else not these losers.
