CALL the POLICE? Horrible and humiliated experience. I am non-English speaker but intelligent person who is in doctorate program and years of RN. I was looking for some glue or tape when I got there, but a lady working there treated me like I was stealing something. She told me that she was trying to protect the other customer’s purse (but the other customer was far from me). Then when I asked some question about certified international mail, she talked me like I could not understand. Even she ripped the form I did put wrongly in front of me. I did not want to get service from there and left. However, I wanted to talk them how I felt, so went back. Can you guess what happened? Not only I did not get appropriate apologize, but also they treated me like "I dont want to talk, so just leave". Even more humiliated! One of employees, a guy, even laughed at me when I said "I felt like I was humiliated"(even though he did not see what had happened before at all). Then they told me that they would call the police and showed me they were pushing the button saying “This is our store. If I call the police, you will go to the jail. See? I am pushing this button” CALL POLICE for unsatisfied customer? I could never imagine that. Very unethical, outrageous, bundle of nerves people! Certainly they were discriminating non-English speaker.

I went in the other day to see if they could locate a tracking number. The first the the woman said was, "I dont recognize you." As if i might be trying to pull something over on her. I assured her that I had been in before but had lost the tracking number for a package that I sent. She told me that without the date I sent it and the price I had paid she couldnt help. Well I had just been to another UPS store and they just checked using my phone number. I told the owner that and she said that their software was newer. Really, newer than the actual UPS Store and still not able to track using a phone number??? While I tried to find the amount I paid on my bank statement. A young girl came in and asked if they could make a document darker. The owner said, "You want a copy?" The girl said, "Well my mother ask me to bring it to you to fix it and make it darker." The woman said, "Thats a copy, you want a copy." The girl took it in stride but the woman (owner) was being very condescending. I was really surprised that something like this would still happen these days. Poor, poor customer service. Go to the other store around the corner by Kroger. Only got one star because you cant post with no stars.

Im writing this because I really wasnt pleased with the service I received here today. I came in to get a document notarized and the owner was rude and just had zero customer service skills. One of the reasons I chose to go to this place was because it was locally owned. Not only was she rude to me, but she was rude to other customers as well. She talked to people like they were stupid and not worthy. Im just plain disgusted by this place. Fortunately my experience wasnt as bad as the previous review but I honestly wish I would have read that review before I went. I really hope their attitude changes. I understand everyone has less than desirable days but if you own a business, please have some common courtesy. Its not that hard to smile and be pleasant to people who are giving you business. Im sorry but not even a score of 1 is earned.

Overpriced. Usually I go to fedex accross the street for any shipping need but fedex had no power so I decided to go to postnet. They were charging me $58 shipping the item that fedex only charged $15. They told me it was the cheapest they offer for ground shipping. I was expecting them to be little more than fedex but not triple the price.

Ive always had excellent customer service when I use this Postnet location. Mrs. Glenda and Justin have always exhibited excellent customer service for me and my needs. Their pricing is moderate for most of the services that they have provided for me. A really quick place to get things notarized. No waiting!!! Very expedient!!!
