100% totally incompetent worthless lying customer service people. Completely LAZY slackers in the warehouse/shipping Dept. Called to find out where my package was because it was late. According to THEIR tracking system my package was IN TOPEKA. I called and they said i could pick it up there. I drove there and they said it wasnt there. I drove all the way back home and looked it up online...it said IT WAS IN TOPEKA. BUT, i cant pick it up because theres nobody working in the warehouse now. WORTHLESS MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to give credit to my outstanding UPS driver Mr Munoz. on 10-21 we missed his delivery of a package and on his second attempt he noticed my smoker in the back yard going so he drove around to the alley and delivered my package to me. He went out of his way and I appreciate it.

I paid for 2nd day shipping. Deadline for delivery was yesterday. Ive recieved several excuses and im told my delivery date is 3 days later than the real delivery date. I reccomend using fedex or a smaller shipping company as i feel ups has too much to chew on.

This place is One Hell of a Lot better than the Place out by Hy-Vee.. What a joke they are... This place on Madison at lease will accept my packages. Glad we have them.. I dont need a phone, Ive got their address. People their friendly is a plus...

I asked that My expected item be held at the U.P.S facility and instead it was delivered to the gas station adjacent to My Laundromat and upon being open by the gas station employees it was dropped and broken ... other than that its U.P.S

Terrible experience...If youre going to have to deal with the customer center in Topeka....Ship FedEx so you dont have to deal with these friggin people.
