TERRIBLE first time experience. I had a $2,000 package that they dropped from the height of the truck because they were lousy and rushed. I was pissed! I paid about $175 for the heavy residential shipping cost and this was the kind of service I got! I told them to call me when they arrived at my door. They didnt call. Instead they woke my roomate up with the doorbell. I told them to call because I didnt want them to wake my roomate up and to know they had to go around back to the garage. They then went to the wrong garage and scared my neighbor two doors down. The two guys proceeded to unload my package and they dropped it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Had a delivery for a mattress scheduled between 3-5 yesterday. Delivery never made it. Had to sleep on the floor. Cant get a straight answer out of anyone. Most of the numbers I have go to voicemail. Apparently, the driver reported that they showed up and nobody was home, which is really cute, because I took the day off and didnt leave the house all day. Now I have to take another day off and hold some adults hands to make sure they complete a simple task. DO NOT use this company. They are a disgrace.

I had the opportunity to utilize Diligent on an important day for me. I needed them to hot shot some Rockets tickets from one end of town to the other and they did it! The results: Me, my son, his buddy and my best friend had an awesome time at the game!

This company has the rudest customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Ive been mocked, Ive had rude drivers, and I almost NEVER get my parts on time. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.
