They just came to pick up a package for delivery to my client and all the driver had on the ticket was the street address and the street name was misspelled! Although I provided all the information over the phone and spelled everything for the phone rep the ticket was missing the company name, the person whose attention the package was for and the zip code! How was my package supposed to arrive on time!?
