PostNet in Vintage Park, Houston TX delivers poor customer support and customer service: I approached the owner of this PostNet the day after an extremely important package was shipped to the wrong location to discuss what happened. I brought this package to his store the morning of Friday, March 18th and explained the critical nature of its contents and that it absolutely had to be in Norcross, GA Monday morning. It was critical that this package be in Norcross for engineering evaluation and to help preparation for end customer proposals that were on a critical timeline. The shipment was being paid for by the Norcross office and used that office’s UPS account number. He handed me a UPS NEXT DAY AIR Shipping Document - I followed his directions on where UPS Account number information, 3rd Party information, ship to and ship from information. I did not read the document, which I take responsibility, unfortunately I just followed his directions. This package was UPS Next Day Air and was delivered to my office location, which is less than 3 miles from his store. He knew the importance of this package and acknowledged it during our discussion of the shipment, but didn’t even look at the information in the shipping document. A document he uses every day. (which was how he described it to me in a very rude manner) I’m sure he sends expedited UPS Next Day Air packages to addresses less than 3 miles away every day. (please excuse my sarcasm) After explaining why the label was wrong, again following his instructions, he asked, “So what do you want me to do!!!”, as he became even more belligerent. I told him I was expecting a refund on the account that paid for the shipment. He told me if I had a problem with the shipment to take it up with his corporate office and then threw me out of his store. Not at anytime did he care about the importance of the package, accept responsibility for expediting a package that he knew was going to Norcross, GA to an address 5 minutes away, care about the impact on the companies involved nor the impact it has on the business and relationships of the companies because of the missed shipment. I would NOT recommend using this stores services.

Im very unhappy about how the store is operated. The store hours (10-6) are not that convenient in the first place, especially for those who work 9-6 (your generic office hours). Then there is the issue of the store closing early or not open at all. More than a few times I have gone to the store 30+ minutes before closing time to find it was closed. There was no indication of the owner/employee simply stepped out for a few minutes, so that, to me, meant the store closed early. And on certain holidays, when most retail shops remain open, this PostNet is closed, with no prior indication or warning from the owner. This is super annoying when you try to find time -- within your busy schedule and during the stores stated hours -- to make a special trip to the store to pick up mail/packages, then to find that it is closed. It is a total waste of customers time and money. I have yet to try any other services that this PostNet provides other than mailbox rental. But judging from the reliability (or the lack of) the owner/employee has shown, I dont think Ill ever try those other services. In fact, if they dont straighten this store hours issue ASAP, I will go to a different mailbox provider in the area once my contract is up.

Well this is the second time for me and third for my wife to show up during business hours and the place is closed. No one picks up the phone. I had two other customers show up at the same time and they stated this was not the first time. I would avoid it if your time is important and you need dependable support. Otherwise, if you dont mind making two or three trips to check your mailbox, it should work. Update February 2016!! They are now under new owners, Greg and his team are fantastic. They even email you when you have mail! The stores open at the posted hours I think he might even open it up earlier. Now is a worthwhile investment

I had stopped going to this store because the previous owner was a total jerk. The store was often closed during the posted business hours and when they were open he acted like it was a major inconvenience to help his customers. I recently needed to send something overnight and didnt have time to go to the post office so I went to this PostNet again. Thankfully the previous owner sold the business and the new guy was friendly and quick. I have gone back to the store 3 times since and had the same experience every time. I have no idea how the previous guy thought he could run a business acting the way he did.

NEW OWNERS! Dropped in desperate for flyers this week and met new owners. I hadnt been in here for more than a year because my last experience wasnt so great. The new folks seem to really want to serve their customers. Flyers looked terrific and the service was speedy. Ill be using this PostNet more often now.

We were going to use them for a postcard service. I had to call them due no communication. They finally told me that they could not take care of me in a timely manner due to being busy. Wow! I just wasted two weeks of my time and could have had this project finalized elsewhere. Very Unprofessional!!!!

I arrived there 11:55 am Sat morning and the place was closed. The sign on the door states 10am-1pm. Called their number and they state they are open till 3pm. Big disappointment, I will never go there again!!!
